Indulge in island living at the 5-star Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa, perfectly situated on the Esplanade and just one minute from the golden sands of St Aubin's Bay. There are lots of positive things to say about this hotel! For me the stand out thing through was the kindness, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (I'm sorry not to remember everyone's names, but huge thanks to the lovely Ronojoy and Charlotte, the restaurant, bar and breakfast staff). I was with my elderly parents both of whom have a disability and the staff really went above and beyond to help and be kind, I am more grateful than I can say. The staff were truly outstanding and it made our holiday. Other big positives were: the convenience of the bar restaurant, and the food was really excellent both there and at breakfast, everything was delicious and there was a great range of options; our rooms all had wonderful sea views of the bay and Elizabeth castle; my parents used the spa and loved it; rooms had lots of storage space, nice toiletries in the bathrooms and comfy beds.

From the moment I arrived, Iselin and her team made me feel incredibly well cared for. There was a small issue with my room at check-in, but it was resolved immediately and with such kindness and efficiency. It really showed how much they care about the quality of the guest experience. The whole team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully done: tasteful, warm, and full of thoughtful touches that make it feel like a home away from home. The location is also exceptional. Just steps from a peaceful park and a stunning beach, perfect for long walks, and close to the quay where you can take a refreshing dip at any time. It’s also easy to get around. I used the local buses without any trouble, and taxis were always available. The food is excellent, and the oyster happy hour is a definite highlight. All in all, a fantastic stay. I’d love to return. Thank you for everything.

El Panorama Guest House, situado en una colina, en la bonita localidad costera de St Aubin, ofrece habitaciones bien equipadas a unos 3,2 km del aeropuerto de Jersey. The location is absolutely perfect! The hotel sits in the charming and peaceful town of Saint Aubin, offering stunning waterfront views. It’s also a great base for exploring the island, with local attractions easily accessible. From the moment we arrived, we were given such a warm welcome — the team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. And the breakfasts? Phenomenal. Without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had. We can’t wait to return!

Overlooking the scenic St Brelade's Bay, L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa offers a luxurious beachside escape just a 5-minute drive from Jersey Airport. Great location on beautiful beach. Very helpful staff. Great breakfast and evening meals. Some good restaurants nearby as well. There was a problem with suite we'd booked but they moved us immediately. Spacious suite with balcony and great view of beach. Close to airport and had chargers for ev hire car - although we didn't actually need to charge it.

Este Golden Sands de 4 estrellas se encuentra justo en la playa, en el centro de la bahía de St. Brelade. Ofrece unas vistas excelentes de una de las mejores playas de Jersey. Staff were brilliant. Food was second to none and good value. Located right next to the beach and on a major bus route for town shopping.
