The staff was engaging and wonderful! I loved that every meal had a vegan / vegetarian option. It was quiet, but clearly a place where locals gather. I look forward to staying there again!

B&B Dorwyn Manor offers accommodation in Avebury. Free private parking is available on site. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. The service and kindness of the owners had been outstanding. They were willing to go out of their way to help me explore the area efficiently. Breakfast was tasty and generous. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

The Bear Hotel is a historic inn set in the charming market town of Hungerford in the heart of the North Wessex Downs. We arrived very late cause of a delay, but their welcome made us forget the delay! Never seen friendlier staff, so helpful. I could not say anything bad about our stay here! As for the location, it was very beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. We really liked the old fashion style, with a modern touch. I forgot my E-reader and they notified me straight away and made sure to send it to the Netherlands. That's why they deserve the full 10 points for service as well, it's hard to find staff as friendly and helpful as the people working in this hotel.
