Nice boutique hotel near Nippori station with direct train to Narita airport and also to Tokyo city. Very welcoming staff, small (well, it’s in Tokyo, so quite normal) but comfortable and clean rooms. No breakfast , but free coffee and tea. Many restaurants in the area anyway.

We stayed in one of the rooms with the private hot spring and it was so relaxing! Also great to try the other ones too for a full experience.

Impressive traditional breakfasts and dinners that were not the same every day. The river is nearby and you can hear it flowing. The location is generally very quiet and there were no crowds of wild tourists. I tried even private onsen and it was a good experience. The public onsen was also nice. Futon was extremely convenient to sleep on. The traditional Japanese room is perfect for relaxation, meditation and sleeping. There was pot for boiling water and making green tea. The tea, cups and teapot were very nice.

Only a 5-minute walk from Asakusa Subway Station and Tawaramachi Subway Station, B:CONTE Asakusa offers modern accommodations with a kitchen and an in-room launderette. EVERYTHING. 👍 Perfect location, near the metro station, a 24-Hr Grocery store, 24-hr Don Quixote just a few steps away, Shopping Malls, Restaurants, and famous landmarks. The room is spotless. Cleanliness is topnotch. We had everything that we needed. A small kitchen with stove, pots and pans, cutlery, microwave, big refrigerator, washing machine ( so don't bring too much clothes. Save baggage allowance for what you can buy in Tokyo 😉). What I like best was the towels and bedsheets doesn't smell vinegary. It smelled sooo good. The bed was comfortable. They had also extra pillows for the little one. Complete toiletries (shampoo, bodywash, facial wash). Towels and Pyjamas. Everything is translated in English so you can definitely know how the things work. The staff speaks english too. Everyone's friendly and accomodating. Special shout out to Tanaka who told us about the 24-hr supermarket, as we arrived a bit later around 10pm extremely hungry. Check in and check out were a breeze.
