We love this hotel, we came back again! You can easily travel anywhere near(Kyoto, Fushimiinari) by train, very close to station. Ramen, onsen are excellent as always! Famous park with deers is also very close(approx 10-15 min by walk). You can have a massage on the massage chair and ice-cream for free! And buy any kind of milk after bath!

The room was so beautiful, had averything we needed and more. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The whole atmosphere is just really beautiful and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay in Nara. The location was great, the rooms were traditional and the the staff were very knowledgeable and passionate about the local area. Got to do calligraphy and origami for free during the day.

I liked that everything felt new and well kept. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The sleep in a futon is good, but it is not a that good combination with the floor heating, as it was getting too hot on the floor. Except that, everything felt amazing, I enjoyed my stay at this ryokan.

Staff is super kind, room was quite large (I am a single traveller and got a double room). Position is good to walk to Pontocho and Gion (30 mins more or less) and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Checkout is at 12pm, very good! If I will return to Kyoto I will choose this hotel again.
