That is a difficult question to answer cause I literally liked everything. The cleaningness the comfort They even had a treat in the fridge… The room was a Japanese style room but with a bed, really comfy bed…

Very good location, great staff (answered my 100 messages not only about accomodation but Kumano Kodo in general), good atmosphere, old japanese onsen just around the corner, but no need to use it as this place has their own private onsens! Really recommend ❤️

My my my, where to begin? I absolutely LOVE this hotel. It's a Buddhist hotel so it is very very quiet and clean and they have strong incense burning right from the hotel entrance which I loved. The room I stayed in was a traditional style room with tatami floor. The bed is VERY comfortable it does not even feel like you are on the floor. The breakfast was very new for me as it was Buddhist cuisine which I have never had. It was delicious and people were eating in silence while sitting on the floor. I loved every bit of it❤️

Exceptional attention to detail that truly deserves the high accolades this hotel has received from various rating agencies. From the abundance and quality of even the smallest amenities in the room to larger aspects like the prime location in Gion (close to Yasaka Shrine), cleanliness, quality of food, and the attentiveness and professionalism of the staff. There was nothing to complain about.

It was a great experience in traditional Japanese style with a very nice room and all the facilities. Especially the traditional bath. The personal was very nice and helpful. We would definitely return and regrated not staying longer.

Opened in February 2017, Hotel Cordia Osaka is just a minute's walk away from Higobashi Station. The property is also just a 5-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station.

The rooms were comfortable and it was a great experience to sleep on the traditional futon beds. The staff were absolutely lovely and forthcoming, everything was explained perfectly and everything you could possibly need was provided. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen across the street was ana amazing experience.

When traveling to Japan, you can expect perfect customer service with constant smiles and assistance. The staff at The Front Hotel at Universal were truly amazing, and definitely showed the legendary Japanese hospitality! The rooms were also huge, the buffet breakfast delicious (so is their dinne buffets!) and the location well, couldn't be closer to Universal! Amazing stay!
