We thought that the hotel was absolutely perfect! We couldn't get over how helpful and kind all of the staff were. They rang a taxi for us and personally waited until our taxi pulled away with us in it. The room was fantastic with everything we could possibly need. Beds were super comfortable and the location was great - just a short 25 minute walk until you were in the heart of Osaka.

I absolutely loved my stay. The hotel is very well located and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room isn’t huge, but it’s beautifully decorated, well equipped, and feels incredibly comfortable. I especially loved the view from the room overlooking a small garden, it creates a calm, relaxing atmosphere that really enhances the experience. The lounge is also very pleasant, especially with the happy hour. And the onsen available to guests is a huge plus , a perfect way to unwind after exploring Kyoto. Honestly, no cons to mention. The hotel feels brand new and offers excellent comfort and service. Highly recommended.

Excellent location, excellent room and above all, very practical. I loved how everything in the room seemed to make sense. There was no wasted space and I adored the traditional touches. The service was impeccable and we were helped with a taxi on our way back as well. The breakfast was simple but good enough as a boost of energy. We walked a lot since it was very close to a lot of the touristy places and close to great restaurants and bars. The bus stops and subway stations are close as well so it's a great place to be. I used the Cypress wood bathtub every night and it was great after a long day of walking. The L'occitane travel toiletries was another excellent added touch as was the coffee maker in the room.

The Nara Visitor Center and Inn is situated in the heart of Nara, just a 3-minute walk from Kofuku-ji Temple and Naramachi.

The hotel is located next to the central train station and a lot of bus connections. You can actually enter the hotel from the station, which can be a life saver in bad weather. It offered the largest variation of amenities I have seen, for example bath salts, hair ties, shaving foam, lotions, ear plugs. The room with 2 single beds is really spacious, no problems having several large trollers in the room.

The hotel features private parking, various cafes, restaurants and shops on site, as well as free WiFi access in all areas.
