The private onsen in the guesthouse were amazing, especially the outdoor one. Right on the Kumano Kodo. 3 min from bus stop. The Bento boxes for dinner were varied and tasty. The room was so comfortable and warm. Right next to the world UNESCO onsen which is a cool experience.

The staff were warm, attentive, and speak good English! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All signages and appliances had English instructions, so it was easy to use all the room amenities. The free slippers and the rental pajamas are super nice. And the vegetarian breakfast - shojin ryori - was so delicious and beautiful.

Hi, once i left my comment but disapeared :/ Ok trying once more :D Very nice hote and had tradicinal ryokan, they also provide yukata for everyone, polite staff, they do nice traditional breakfast, also they can organize traditional tea ceremony with renting the kimono. We had very nice stay.
