Super convenient location, you can reach the Kyoto Station via underground route in 3-5 minutes. The Haruka express train also can be reached easily, with lift and elevator you won’t have issues with heavy luggages. So many restaurants and shopping malls, you can find everything you need! We booked a room for 2 first, later we could pay a bit money to get a super executive room, very spacious!

Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. The staff is super kind and helpful, the property is very pretty and everything is very typical. There are two onsens available for the guests (a male one and another for women) with very good conditions. We could opt from a japanese breakfast and a continental breakfast, so we chose the first one. Super complete and with a lot of dishes, if you haven’t tried and are ok with trying different food types, you definitely should go for the japanese breakfast. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Hankyu Arashiyama Station, The GrandWest Arashiyama offers spacious accommodation in Kyoto. It is very clean, warm and comfortable especially in winter. It is located very near to the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, so makes it very conveniently located. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The junior suite room is just nice for 4 person stay and enough room for my active toddler to run around and play. The breakfast is very good and filling. A nice touch by the property to provide a coffee corner.
