The staffs are all nice and kind in introducing the room and surroundings. The foot onsen us worth trying and the outdoor Onsen is comfy and the view is wonderful.

We had access to a variety of onsens at Oku No Yu, my personal favorite was the Riverside Onsen (mixed) where you could see the waterfall, amazing view ! Not only do you have access to different unique onsens, you also have access to a sauna and cold bath. The traditional breakfast was also a very unique experience and the food was delicious. Finally, the staff was always helpful and patient with us, the room was really comfortable and cozy as well ! It was overall such a great place to stay at, definitely worth it !!

Hotel Il Palazzo is located near the river, conveniently positioned between two stations, making it easy to get around. The exterior is very distinctive, while the interior feels modern and stylish, with bold use of sharp red and green that gives the hotel a strong visual identity. Our package included lounge access from 7:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night, which was a major highlight. The lounge offers both made-to-order dishes and a buffet area, featuring a mix of Japanese and Western (Italian-style) cuisine. The food was fresh, well presented, and refilled quickly. Desserts were particularly outstanding and easily one of the best parts of the dining experience. The staff were professional and welcoming, with both Japanese and Indian team members. Most communicated fluently in English, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room design is modern and comfortable, matching the hotel’s overall aesthetic. Housekeeping did an excellent job — the room was made up so thoroughly that it felt almost unused each time we returned.

Ależ to było cudowne przeżycie! Zaczynając od przemiłej, pomocnej obsługi, przez wygodny, duży, śliczny pokój z widokiem na strumień, po pyszne kolacje, które były przygodą samą w sobie. Naprawdę miejsce idealne. Można było poprosić o transport z przystanku. Dostaliśmy yukaty, które nosiliśmy w całej miejscowości. Pokój był bardzo wygodny! Świetnie się śpi na futonach. W pokoju były wszyskie kosmetyki, łącznie z maseczką na wieczór. Cudo! Cały ośrodek jest bardzo czysty. A te kolacje to było przeżycie samo w sobie. Mnóstwo nowych smaków i wszystko pyszne! Obsługa cierpliwie tłumaczyła nam, co jemy i byli przemili. Polecam kolacje bardzo mocno! Ponadto onseny. Mieliśmy dostęp do zewnętrznego, wewnętrznego oraz prywatnego onsenu na dworze. Było idealnie! Po tych kąpielach nie potrzeba żadnych balsamów. Prawdziwy ryokan! Cuuudo!

Located in Chikushino, 500 metres from Buso-ji Temple, Daimaru Besso has a number of amenities including a bar and free WiFi. The service is excellent, attentive and the breakfast & dinner were superb. We have been to many Ryokan in Japan but Futsukaichi Daimaru Besso has one of the best foods

Kannawaen is an entirely non-smoking accommodation that features a garden, terrace and bar in Beppu. 100 metres from Hells of Beppu, the property is also 500 metres away from Jigokumushikobo Kannawa. Lovely location. In room onsen was so awesome to have. Views from the balcony were exceptional, mountains, the city and the sea. The food was absolutely gourmet level and was a highlight for us. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful.

Built in 1722, Okyakuya is situated in the historical district of Kurokawa Onsen district. Located only 100 metres from Kurokawa Onsen, Free WiFi is provided and private parking is available on site. The place is wonderfully preserved and the staff is gentle and lovable, they are truly committed to enable their guests have a great time. What I liked: the hotel, location, staff, food.

Such a wonderful experience!! It was my father's first time staying at ryokan and he absolutely loved it. The property was beautiful, staff incredibly sweet and friendly, and the meals delicious. The property has indoor and outdoor private onsens. Truly a relaxing experience being in an outdoor onsen, especially in the morning. There is a free coffee machine for espressos in the lobby available at certain hours. We booked with the breakfast and kaiseki dinner included. Everything was delicious and the staff are so on top of bringing out the next course. Lovely experience tucked away in a beautiful mountain setting. Highly recommend staying here!!
