This hotel is absolutely beautiful. We arranged taxi transportation through the hotel, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The hotel is located on a lively, vibrant street, and the presence of guards outside made us feel very safe at all times. We had booked a food tour, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy breakfast the next morning. Instead, we had dinner on the terrace, which was a wonderful experience. The following day, we went on a tour to Tolantongo, and the amazing staff were kind enough to lend us towels—something we truly appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel and returned around 8 p.m. Despite heavy traffic and several street closures due to a show, the staff helped direct us to a street where Ubers were allowed. One of the guards even walked all the way to the taxi with us, which made us feel incredibly safe. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you to the wonderful team at Gran Hotel Ciudad de México! Casa Jacinta feels like a comfortable home. It has a comfy living room, a dining area, a relaxing garden and very helpful staff, especially Emiliano. I was very happy to have the option for an electric fan instead of turning on the aircon. Resulted in best sleep ever. I was able to leave my luggage and still have a key to the front gate after check out while waiting for my flight. The location is excellent, quiet and calm while being very walkable and near to the mercado, the Frida Kahlo house, the park and the plaza. In short, this is the best place I stayed in during my Mexico trip.

This hotel, with patios and gardens, is situated in Mexico City’s Cuauhtémoc neighbourhood. It is just a 3-minute walk to Paseo de la Reforma Avenue, and less than 2 km to Bosque de Chapultepec Park. Beautiful gardens within the hotel's compound, spacious clean rooms, delicious Continental breakfast with freshly baked muffins and Mexican conchas, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee. The hotel's owner has a great knowledge of all of the pleasures of Mexico City and often joins the diners for conversation over breakfast in the main dining room.
