The family that hosts has lived on Uros island for generations and were a great resource to learn about the culture and history of the islands. We were well fed with 3 big meals a day and plenty of drinking water. Cesar, the main host, was very aware of our needs and made us feel well taken care of. It felt like a true homestay experience - not luxurious but very authentic. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

Located 5 km off the coast of Puno and built on the Uros floating islands, Uros Qhantany Lodge offers accommodations in the middle of Lake Titicaca. The coast of Puno is a 30-minute sail away. The family of Uros qhantany lodge has been amazing, they welcomed us perfectly. We decided not to take a classic tourists tour of tikitaca lake, and we booked the night at this lodge on our own. They came to take us with boat and we made our own trip far from tourists arrangements. The lodge was really as pictures, perfect and romantic. The dinner was really nice. The bathroom is really nice and unbelievable for being in the middle of the lake.

We were to leave for a short trip before breakfast time and received breakfast-to-go-bags. Also service-minded through helping us with heavy luggage and meeting us by our bus drop during arrival.

Casona Plaza Hotel Puno features comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi in the centre of Puno, 7-blocks from Titicaca Lake. We were given a very spacious room. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and professional. The location was very central.

On the shores of Puno´s Titicaca Lake, Sonesta offers views of the lake and mountains. It features a restaurant and modern rooms. Free WiFi and parking are available. We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed the hotel. It is a walk to town or quick taxi ride. There isn’t much around the hotel but it has great lake views, a nice garden (with llamas) and lounge areas. The staff here are probably the best we’ve had so far on this trip, so professional, helpful and happy. The room was large, super comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, we took a lake view room and it was well worth it. We ate at these restaurant a lot, the food was excellent. Breakfast buffet included all the usual things with omelettes cooked to order as well. Highly recommended.

Located on Esteves Island, this 5-star hotel offers panoramic views over Lake Titicaca from the Andes to Bolivia. It features a spa with a hot tub and sauna and free Wi-Fi connection. Excellent views of lake Titicaca and very friendly staffs. Food is very delicious. It's good to relax and take some rest at this high altitude. You don't need to leave the hotel. Remember to drink the mint tea provided by the hotel in the lobby, it helps.

Had a really nice stay here. The staff were great. Not very busy when we were here. Good value. Great location.
