This place is amazing. very friendly staff (we dont speak portugese and they didnt speak english but were extremely friendly) excellent price for a great room and view from our balcony. Great free breakfast and lots of parking. You have a view of the lake and the vineyard on the property. has a nice pool but was too cold for swimming. there is a great grocery store only about a 10 min drive from the hotel. would highly recommend.

Located in Gerês, Quinta do Rocha is surrounded by Nature and offers a pleasant swimming pool with stunning views over the landscape. Staying at Quinta do Rocha was great and the place itself looks as amazing as in the pictures. We had a huge room, a lovely terrace and a bathtub / jacuzzi. Everything was very charming, clean and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty and with a big variety, many things were from the quinta or regional. When the sun was out, we had it outside overlooking the quinta. A perfect start into the day! The owner is such a sweet soul, making sure nothing is missing and will happily tell you more about the house, estate, region, etc. in Portuguese. We were the only guests and what seemed a bit spooky at first, turned into feeling like the estate belongs to us. ;-) We had a very special stay, as we had everything to ourselves, could pick an orange or two, sit by the pool or use the kitchen/fridge too (but preferred to go to the restaurant). Wifi works, maybe not in all parts of the house but for us it wasn't a problem. The evenings on the terrace were always very peaceful with a lovely sunset and general a great view. It's a perfect place to unwind. We stayed 4 nights and would have loved to stay longer. Peneda Gerês is not far away and if you don't mind a bit of driving, you can do some impressive hikes and explore some nice towns and villages nearby. I'd recommend staying at Quinta do Rocha and get an authentic and very special experience in a great place.

Overlooking the Caniçada Dam Lake, Villa do Agrinho is located in Geres and offers scenic views of the surrounding. We went to Vilas do Agrinho to celebrate our anniversary, and it exceeded our expectations. The staff helped prepare an amazing decoration at the villa. The space is absolutely gorgeous, surrounded by nature but at the same time serviced with modern facilities. There is a private access to the lake, with kayaks available to use, which we enjoyed the most. Everything was sparkling clean, and it was quiet all day long. There is a village nearby where we could buy groceries.

Located 500 metres from the Homem and Cávado river beaches, Quinta do Casal de S. Miguel de Soutelo is a fruit-growing farm with gardens, an outdoor pool and a playground. It is 8.4 km from Braga... The place is awsome, super-cozy, with a nice pool, garden for kids to play and inserted on a small farm environment, near Braga (10min driving) Excelent for a short relaxing vacations or a single weekend get-away. The staff was exceptional, very nice and super professional.

This is a very well constructed property in a rural area of Portugal with chickens, roosters, turkeys and more. The food is organic and farm fresh and the family who owns the place a lovely people!

Surrounded by the traditional farming land of the Lima Valley, Casa d’Auleira features landscaped gardens with an outdoor pool. Guests can use the barbeque facilities to enjoy a meal on the terrace. We just loved the place. So peaceful in the midlle of nature, we wanted to find an affordable place to stay after visiting gerês national park but couldnt belive what a piece of heaven we got to!

Located between the valleys of Rio Homem and Cávado, it offers the possibility of staying in standard rooms, special rooms or Villas. Breakfast met expectations regarding variety, aplliances availability and room confort. Staff excels in sympathy and willingness to accomodate guest requests or needs. Parking space was great. Entertainment spaces and decorations were super.
