On the popular island destination of Gotland and just 1.5 km from Visby golf club, Ljungs Fem Rum offers modern rooms with free WiFi. Guests can enjoy a large garden with BBQ facilities. This place is a gem! The hosts, Elise and Jakob were so welcoming and helpful. The room was just perfect, had everything we needed and more. The grounds and area were beautiful!

Maven Kustnära Stugor cottages are situated in the woods just 300 metres from the Baltic Sea, about 1 km from Kappelshamn in northern Gotland. Maven is a hidden, secret paradise. You really don't know you're there until you see your parking spot. All the cabins are off gravel paths, so they have helpful wagons to aid in getting your things to the cabins. Our cabin was very modern and comfortable, with a great kitchen, bathroom, living room and deck. The hosts Anne and Stefan are very welcoming, extremely generous with their time and rightly proud of their creation. There is no way to describe the setting, with walkways leading to all the different buildings open to guests. Anne led us on a tour of the grounds, while Stefan shared some construction tips and showed off one of his new cabins opening soon. This is the kind of place that makes you want to cancel the rest of your plans and stay put. We just happened to choose Kappelshamn as a stopping point on a bike journey, and we feel very lucky to have found Maven.

This family-owned hotel in Visby’s attractive Almedalen Park is 30 metres from the Baltic Sea. It offers free Wi-Fi, along with tastefully and individually decorated rooms. Breakfast was a joy, creative, freshly made and beautifully presented. The sea front location next to the Old Town is beautiful and quiet. The staff were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. We have already rebooked.

This hotel is housed in a medieval, 13th-century building, only 100 metres from Visby Cathedral. Free WiFi is offered. facilities are good, regarding the nature of the property is an historical building. Has a “Tea Conner” open 24 hour, providing various of teas, coffee, chocolate and home-made cookies. The location is reachable to most place of Visby by walk in 15min, around 5 min from the coastal. It is also easily reachable from the airport by Taxi. Staffs are very kind and willing to provide all the information they could share (just ask them if you need help, e.g. where to eat, where is this place, how should I…)

Smakrike Krog & Logi is housed in an old trade house from the 1860s in Ljugarn, Swedens oldest seaside resort. It offers individually decorated rooms and suites inspired by the nearby surroundings. Fabulous breakfast, had a wonderful time, the hotel's restaurant has a great menu, very inventive cuisine, excellent wines and really good advice on which one would go with the selected food. Room was excellent of a comfortable size it takes some stairs to get there but if you have no problem with that do not hesitate to book.

Just 8 minutes’ walk from Visby Harbour and the ferry terminal, this quiet hotel offers individually decorated rooms with free WiFi access. The greenery of the Palissad Park is right next door. Breakfast was incredible, so many diverse courses to choose and the dining room was cozy and pleasant.
