Located within the town walls of medieval Visby, right by Donners Place, is Donners Hotell. It offers stylish rooms with parquet floors and free Wi-Fi. My second time staying here. Fantastic location in the middle of the historic old town. Friendly staff who are as welcoming and generous as possible. Room was spacious and well appointed. Breakfast was excellent. Short walk from museums, parks, shops, and restaurants. All around incredible experience. Would eagerly return in the future.

This charming hotel is in Visby’s medieval town centre, 400 metres from the Destination Gotland Ferry Terminal. It features 13th-century vaulted ceilings, an on-site restaurant and free WiFi. The Clarion was a wonderful place to stay. The location was close to everything, the staff were friendly, the facilities were clean. I would say the only thing we were a little disappointed with was the size of the room and the view of a wall. Everything else including the bar/restaurant, grounds, pool/spa, location to shops and restaurants was perfect! The breakfast selection was traditional and fresh, they even prepared a breakfast bag to go on our last day. Would highly recommend the Clarion!

Housed in a former brewery in the UNESCO-listed Visby city centre on Gotland Island, this eco-friendly hotel is 150 metres from the Baltic Sea. The Strand had some unique older world charm .the roof top bar was fantastic, with great views. Hannah on the front desk was very thorough and went out her way to advise and help organise my time in Visby. A great ambassador
