Great location to get to Acadia and Bar Harbor, also very, very close to great food spot: Bar Harbor Lobster Pound. Swimming pool was clean and cozy and room was exactly what you would expect and clean. What was amazing is how Staff helped us get back our son's stuffed dinosaur toy which we have left in the room. They wrote to us as soon as they found it and since we were already 2h away they have sent it to our next hotel. But it did not end there- the packaged came full of surprises- including picture story of what the dinosaur was doing while he was on a small vacation without his owner- it was truly lovely and made all of us- especially our son- laugh.

The location is ideal. The staff is lovely. I had my dog with me and felt so welcomed. They have a little dog station in the lobby with a board where they put the dogs names on it.
