Nestled amidst a tropical garden, Cuckoos Nest Guest House is located just 5 minutes' drive from the centre of Louis Trichardt. The property has an outdoor pool and a barbecue facilities. This is an absolute gem of a guesthouse based in Louis Trichardt. My only negative is that I would have preferred two nights instead of just the one! This was a stopover en route up to the Northern regions of the Kruger Park but would have loved two nights here. The hospitality we received was superb, the food was excellent and the friendliness of everyone - owners and staff alike - was exceptional! We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

Part of the Greater Kruger area, Kapama River Lodge is situated in the expansive 15,000-hectare Kapama Private Game Reserve. Everything is superbly organized and everyone is very friendly. It was an exceptional experience!

Elandela Private Game Reserve and Luxury Lodges Pty Ltd offers accommodation situated within the Greater Kruger National Park area. This place is amazing and I highly recommend it. We saw many animals on the daily game drives. Two game drives a day are included. We saw lion families, leopards, zebras, giraffes and more. The lodge is quiet and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the room is right in front of the lake and the hippos woke me up every morning. We also saw crocodiles on multiple occasions. It's a great way to get away from it all. And the customer service is the best I've ever been to. The kindness of everyone from the manager, servers and drivers was heartwarming. All meals were wonderful. I really want to say thank you so much! We will come back again for sure!

Phelwana Game Lodge is located in the Hoedspruit area and 47 km away from Kruger Park's Orpen Gate. The lodge offers luxury tents and well-appointed chalets with private pool. The food and staff were exceptional. Our guide Sly’s enthusiasm was infectious and his bush knowledge unbeatable. The beds were super comfy. The location was perfect and a short drive to Kruger. I highly recommend this resort.

Situated in Hoedspruit, Nyaleti Lodge is 70 km from the Orpen Gate and 79 km from the Phalaborwa Gate of Kruger National Park. Location was great and facilites were amazing for a property in the bush. The property is situated in a conservation zone where animals roam freely. Definitely a 5 star. When i read the ratings regarding this property, i was a bit skeptical; however, much to my surprise, i was amazed with the full package, great room, great view of the bush, great animal sighting right outside our room, excellent breakfast and last but not least, great hosts.

Summerset Place Country House is set against the foot of the Waterberg and adjacent to a private game reserve. Very nice tranquil place with beautiful gardens. We sat outside in the gardens in the evening for our take away meal. Beautiful views from the picnic area. Breakfast was excellent. Very classy establishment

Situated along the Olifants River, Bushriver Lodge features two swimming pools and a large deck with BBQ facilities. The view outside room 5 was absolutely amazing. The tub as well as the large amount of space, absolutely great!
