Given those low expectations, I was positively surprised. - The room was clean, and the bed was comfy - I booked a solo room but was assigned a triple room. Of course, I only needed one bed, but I liked the extra space. - The kitchen was a nice extra, especially given the price of the pension. - Check-in required me to call the owner but was otherwise smooth
