The room was clean and cleaned daily which is a very important aspect for us. The staff was very friendly as they helped us out with what to visit and where to go on the island. The breakfast had a lot of variety, with high-quality products. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the terrace bar, overall a great atmosphere.

The staff was AWESOME! We got robbed on the beach, and the staff at the reception went out of their way to help us contact the police, embassy, and airline. They truly made our trip worthwhile, even in such a dire situation. The hotel per se is great. The pool was clean and accessible, the rooms spacious, and you can reach the centre and the beach in 5 min.

A very clean, bright accommodation. Towels and bed were changed. A huge comfortable bed, we had a good rest. A location is great - bus stop, beach, shops, restaurants are right away. Victoria is a super positive and helpful person, kindly offered us to leave our baggage earlier and check-in. We needed an iron, and she brought us one. Thank you Victoria, we really enjoyed and loved our stay in Palmanova ❤ 10/10.
