This wonderful resort exceeded my expectations! Coati mundi, iguanas, hummingbirds, monkeys, and deer roam the grounds. It feels like nature has come to visit. The food, service, rooms, beach, and evening shows were magnificent. We traveled through Mexico for two weeks, and out of six other hotels, this one was by far the best!

All the staff were helpful, unlimited tacos next to the pool was perfect!

It was a fantastic experience and relaxation. The place is beautiful, right on the beach. The hotel is medium-sized hotel, beautiful bungalows and rooms, family-friendly attentive management, very kind hospitality not the big factory-type accommodation. The food was delicious, everyone was very nice. I would like to highlight our waitress Marianna, who was very attentive to us. The massage on the beach was divine. One of the things we enjoyed the most was the free yoga every morning! The yoga instructor was brilliant, the content of the class was never repeated, even though I participated in it 5 times. This is how I should start all my morning in my dream, with yoga among the palm trees with this lovely lady. I will take this with me and, thanks to her, my New Year's resolution is that I will also do yoga at home. I will miss the palm trees, joga lady and the ocean and this wonderful hotel. Thank you for the whole team for this unforgettable vacation!

The food and the room were excellent.

The hotel, the room and both the pools are awesome! Rooms very clean and spacious. They do daily passes for their hotel facilities but as a guest you get reserved the first raws of the sunchairs. Both restaurants are good

This hotel is spectacular in my opinion. I love the various ecosystems that surround the hotel, from the Jungle to the beach and the lagoon. I don't think the pictures online do it justice. The staff were very welcoming and more than willing to accommodate our stay, from early check-in to late check-out they were most helpful and attentive. I didn't eat breakfast here but there is a huge range on offer, from cafes to restaurants. The food that I did eat was beyond amazing. The sushi - great, the tacos - great really hard to fault this place. It also has a huge range of activities on offer on the grounds, from the ground cenote, to paddle boarding, a boat cruise on the lagoon, there is a lot to do.

Silvia is an incredible woman, hard working and really passionate about her little jewel in playa del Carmen. I loved being able to have beach access close by and a restaurant in the place so that I could have dinner or lunch if I felt like relaxing. It was a really beautiful stay and I’m grateful for having places like these in a very touristic area of the Yucatán. It feels good to support local people and their businesses. Thank you to the whole team there, you made my stay a beautiful one.

Apartment is in the safe and controlled location. Apartment is clean, spacious, well equiped. Kitchen has everything you might need, salt and spices, oil as well. It has blender, microwave, minigrill, outdoor grill, coffeemaker … As there is no food possibility in walking distance, I cooked quite often & i felt very comfortable. Chedraui supermarket is in Puerto Morelos - has everything you may need. The pool is small but good enough to jump in after the beach. Especially for kids. Beach is in walking distance, but you can drive there as well. We packed beach chairs, umbrella, water and spent nice days on the beach / almost alone. It was nice time without crowds. There are no rocks (or very few) and the beach is clean. Beach chairs, umbrellas, everything for snorchling, beach toys and even 2 swimvests for kids are in the apartment. We appreciated this a lot! Hotel nearby has some evening program, but it lasts only 1hour and it was absolutely not problem for us. Generaly, we loved our stay there. We spent 2 weeks with 3 kids and everybody was able to find own time alone. Fabiola is very nice and kind person and she gave us recommedations, support and we would like to thank you! We had amazing time.

Amazing 3 night stay in a beautiful pool villa ~ The staff are just WONDERFUL ( especially Pepe) We are gutted your Closing in April for refurbishment for 18 months! We hope to return in the future & see your amazing staff - whom become like family to us!

The food mostly. It was very good!

Good apartment in a good area, although 20 min driving to Playa del Carmen, but located in a silent, safe location. Everything is good inside, 3 ACs, nicely working showers, clean, wear and tear on walls, but no big deal. A dry rack was missing but was promptly delivered at request.

Sergio was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is clean, comfy and the swimming pool is fab for kids. They loved the hammocks and part of the pool usually has a little bit of shade too. The beds were comfy and there was warm water for the showers etc. There's a shop and two cafes a 12 minute walk away.
