És un hotel tradicional molt ben ambientat o net. L'entorn és maravellós i el personal molt agradable. La zona de banys ( onsen) està molt bé. El sopar és espectacular, igual que l'esmorzar. Que et recullin amb bus exclusiu del hotel a l'estació de Tsumago o Nagiso ha estat estupendo, després de fer la ruta Nakasendo sota la puja.
