Comfortable and expansive hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating. The room was probably the nicest I've stayed in, as well as one of the largest. The price for this hotel is also great.

Gorgeous. A trip back in time. The onsen was delightfully hot (even by the standards of onsen). The garden was peaceful and relaxing. The room itself was clean and spacious, especially for a single traveler. I imagine it would be a bit more crowded with the maximum of four, but still well worth the price. The food was magnificent. My first dinner was 13 courses! Truly some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. The staff were kind, courteous, and friendly. They picked me up at the station, saw to my every need, and made me feel like an honored guest. Truly, words are not enough to convey my stay.
