Matsushima Koumura se află în Matsushima, la aproximativ 10 km de Templul Shiogama și la 24 km de Sendai City Community Support Center. The hosts were amazingly friendly, and gave us a very thorough and energetic welcome at the front desk (prepare for a quiz!). This ryokan is well-located though we went there by car.

Tokinenoyado Yunushi Ichijoh is situated in the Kamasaki Onsen district in Shiroishi, a 15-minute drive from Shiroishi Station and Shiroishi-Zao Station. Excellent hospitality and amazing dinner and breakfast, you cannot be disappointed

Located right in front of Matsushima Bay, Komatsukan Kofu-tei offers accommodations with free wired internet access. This ryokan style hotel was one of our best experiences in Japan. The views over the islands of Matsushima were superb - truly one of the 3 great views of Japan! Our room overlooked the famous Fukuurabashi bridge through a picturesque screen of the twisted pine trees that make this view so iconic. The kaiseki style meals were superb - delicious and beautifully presented. Each dish was a delight of discovery, awe and wonder. We enjoyed a private onsen bath with sunset views and also visited each of the other public baths over the next day. The views over the bay are simply stunning.

Beautiful property. Wonderful staff. All very helpful and friendly. The public baths were wonderful. Outside baths were 2 different scenarios, one was gorgeous with five separate river rock soaking areas overlooking the river and forest, the other was 1 wooden tub in a small pavilion. Women have the beautiful spot afternoon/evening and swap with the men in the morning. Our room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and private soaking tub. The buffet style dinner and breakfast were delicious. Huge variety of freshly prepared foods. All you could eat and drink, beer, wine, various alcohol, sake, in the restaurant. The reception area had a piano, wood burning central fireplace to sit around. There were small tables with various board games, a library, snacks, beer and wine. Comfortable seating overlooking the hillside that was lit up at night. Very romantic spot to go for a special night.

Suzukiya Ryokan se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Kamasaki Onsen din Shiroishi, la 49 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, la 47 km de Castelul Sendai și la 48 km de Zuihoden. The room, the onsen, the food and the services were all excellent!

The staff were amazing, catering to every need. The place is quiet and very zen. It is perfect for those looking for peace and want to meditate. The onsen facilities are clean and heavenly. There was a private onsen in my room and I enjoyed it ALOT.

竹泉荘 Chikusenso Onsen se află în Zao, la 42 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, și pune la dispoziție un centru de fitness, o grădină, un lounge comun și parcare privată gratuită. Breakfast was huge, healthy and very tasty, a solid foundation for a day full of attractions. Coffee very good, but thats obvious in Japan, perfectly composed with fresh food, light but caloric.

TAOYA Akiu se bucură de o locație excelentă în cartierul Taihaku Ward din Sendai, la 19 km de Sendai City Community Support Center, la 38 km de Templul Shiogama și la 18 km de Castelul Sendai. The spacious, clean room. The relaxation areas such as the lounge and the library. We liked the onsen, both the indoor and outdoor ones. The buffet dinner was excellent. It had many options and delicacies, both in western and Japanese. The dining area was spacious, serving staff were excellent. The free drinks and snacks in the lounge and the library for retreat were excellent bonus.
