L'hotel està al rovell de l'ou d'Annecy, i en zona peatonal. L'ambient del carrer era molt potent, molts gent (molt massificat!), molt restaurant i establiments de menjar de tot tipus... Per sort ens varen donar una habitació interior, amb aire condicionat, que ens va permetre descansar bé, sense soroll. L'establiment no té aparcament, però té acord de descompte amb alguns aparcaments de la ciutat que son a prop.
