Alternatively, there’s the Journey Behind the Falls – a walk through the rock behind Niagara. Handy portholes help you to experience the thundering water.
Slightly downstream are the American Falls, less well-known and less impressive, but worth a look. At night, both falls get illuminated by coloured lights – an incredible sight. Further downstream is the Rainbow Bridge which you can walk across to get an American stamp in your passport. Just check your visa requirements first.
The city itself has 7 golf courses – one is close to the river, so be careful with your swing! Other Niagara Falls attractions include casinos, cinemas and Marineland Canada, featuring the world's largest whale habitat for viewing orcas both above ground and below.

Hi vaig estar per primera vegada fa 27 anys i cal dir que la ciutat ha tingut una gran transformació al meu entendre a pitjor, pel fet que s'ha convertit en un lloc de grans hotels i casinos i ha perdut en cerca forma el seu encant

Les catarates valen la pena, però amb un dia o mig dia ho veus. Com a molt passar una nit a la ciutat. La ciutat és una mica LAS VEGAS + DISNEYWORLD. No del nostre agrat però ja que hi érem, va ser bo viure l'experiència.
