I had fallen ill, with fever and vomiting due to the weather, but the staff provided me with light food and therapeutic tea which helped me get well within a day's time. I really loved the view from my windows and the seating space near the entrance is an amazing place to sit and get done with work.

The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. Breakfast was excellent. Delicious food and menu. They also have a terrace where you can spend time enjoying a scenic mountain view. The hotel room is equipped with a heater among all the modern amenities. They attended to our every need. Highly recommended for family & solo travellers.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Right in the center. We liked this hotel. The room was spacious, the facilities modern and the bed very comfortable. It was quiet. Breakfast was a la carte with a great choice and good.

Wonderful service from the staff who welcome you with a traditional Bhutanese khata (scarf) and welcome drink. The room itself was large and well-appointed. Great location in the bustling heart of Thimphu, walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The restaurant serves a small selection of Bhutanese dishes which were delicious.

Very spacious and bright room. We particularly liked spending the evening on the balcony, with amazing views over Thimphu.

Solid 3 star hotel near the Tiger's Nest, located about 10 minutes drive from Paro town. Staff itself really make the place, welcoming me, helping me with all my specific and whimsical needs (e.g. mailing postcards, serving drinks late at night, finding power adapters, etc). There is a restaurant and a coffee shop located on premises, which is comforting and convenient. The rooms are normal but comfortable, neither luxurious nor basic. Price is average, mid-range as well.

Perfect and comfortable stay, with family including elderly parents and our toddler daughter. Hotel had all necessary facilities, good choice of food, great location and very very helpful staff. Using the Indoor heated swimming pool in the cold weather was the highlight !

Rooms are very spacious, incluidng a kitchenette, warm and have a very nice view of the Parliament. Quiet during the night. The wc is large and modern. Hot water is available. The host and staff are all very nice. Breakfast and food are also very good and affordable. Definitely would stay again.
