    It was one of the nicest accommodation we ever had. It was all new and perfectly clean and very well aquiped, we found even the washing maschine there.It was very spacious and modern with plenty of nice details and a welcome drink 🍾 We really didnt expect that for the super price we paid for the accommodation! And I also have to mention the comunication with the owner who was very helpful and we always gor a fast answer for everything! Im very happy to recommend this place😉

    The swimming pool and the area of the swimming pool was very nice. There was always space for everybody. The ladies at the reception were very nice, and the bar personnel was very polite and attentive. The location was very good, it was near a shopping area where you can find a supermarket as well as other stores. The place was very quiet and we enjoyed staying there.

    The apartment is pretty big, modern building, very nice garden, beach is not far. Although there is no A/C it is not that hot if you close window blinds during the day. The host is decent and non-intrusive. Fully equipped kitchen with all you need, insect nets, washing machine, big fridge, TV. We wished to stay for more than one night, maybe next year.

    A small oasis in the Tuscan hills. The owners are the nicest hosts I have ever met. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast is full of locally made products and homemade pastries. I can only recommend it for exploring Tuscany or for a relaxing getaway.

    It was a fantastic location for us as it is 5 mins from the lovely towns of Cecina and Vada and also the beach. Cecina and Rosignano railway stations give you access to Pisa, Firenze, Lucca and even Rome. The restaurant is excellent and the bar is great.

    Cosy apartment - everything was there. Breakfast was very good - toasts, cakes, croissants, juices, eggs and etc. Double bed huge and comfortable. But the best thing about this place is staff - each member was very kind and helpful.
