I was there for two nights with my grandpa who can't walk well. The staff were super helpful and nice to us they helped carrying the luggage while I helped my grandpa. They made sure that all his meals in the restaurant were salt free since he cannot eat salt and they were super professional and helpful.
We took the suit and it was exactly like in the pictures: spacious, clean and very comfortable. The gym is very clean and open 24/24. I sadly didn't have time to check the pool. I highly recommend the place and looking forward to go back to it in more chilling conditions 😅

The room is clean but the bed is too small even for a small Asian. Toilet is reasonable clean. Breakfast was good.

I really liked the fast and easy check-in. When I arrived a little bit earlier, they immediately offered me to storage my luggage until I come back (for free) and the room was very cozy and comfortable. Especially the bathroom was extremely clean and I found not a single thing that could be worth complaining about. Very friendly staff.

I Loved the location and view. It was pretty accesable even though at the moment we traveled it had road constructions going on around it and a building was being worked on. Its also very clean and comfortable. We loved our stay!

The average price per night for a 3-star hotel in Saint-Ouen this weekend is ISK 15,709 or, for a 4-star hotel, ISK 19,418. Looking for something even fancier? 5-star hotels in Saint-Ouen for this weekend cost on average around ISK 20,360 per night (based on Booking.com prices).
Saint Ouen is a good location to stay. We took Garibaldi metro, line 13, to go to the city center. Walking to metro took us max 5 min. There are two boulangeries next to the metro station, where you can have breakfast with coffee and sit inside.
Buying a metro card was a challenge, even for locals, who tried to help us. We used a machine to get 10 tickets, instead we got one small ticket saying that it is not a ticket and needs to be exchanged for a carnet.
Exchanged means to go to a real person working in a metro station. They do not work at night. My advice is to buy passes during a day to be sure to get them. Carnet of 10 tickets is actually one card, which can be used only by one person.

I chose Saint-Ouen for the price, knowing it is a poor and ugly part of the suburbs but if you have money, avoid it, it corresponds to a sketch by Rodney Dangerfield "i live in a very bad neighborhood, yesterday a guy asked me where the subway station was, I told him no one has ever stayed alive long enough to reach it"!

Location is a bit far from the city center where all the main attractions are located but if you planned a day trip out, it works. The area has good choices of restaurants and bakeries. A couple of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment.

Saint-Ouen has a nice antique market, but also a lot of homeless people and people who are selling rubbish. Also when it's dark, you are not feeling very comfortable. It's not a very good neighborhood.

Very friendly and kind staff.
Very friendly and kind staff. They offered to hold my crying baby so I could finish my breakfast. Breakfast was very good and Everything was very clean. However the room was not so clean. Stained curtains and not so clean floor.
Also no space for parking and the nearby parkings were very expensive 2,80 for every hour!

We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces.
We went to Saint-Ouen to visit the Puces. Since we are selling vintage and antiques in Belgium (@finds - vintage and more) we were hoping to score some nice stuff which we could re-sell in Belgium but this was not applicable at all! The prices were WAY too high for everything. We came home empty handed. It was an experience to visit the Puces but don't go there if you're hoping to buy cheap stuff. The city is also dirty and the Puces themselves were really chaotic and in some areas we had a bad feeling walking around. I had imagined it as a nice place to walk around but it felt you were in the suburbs. We stayed 2 days (one night) and the second day we went to visit a part of Paris and walked till there by foot? The Puces are for example half an hour walk from the Sacre Coeur. All and all it was ok for once and one day but we're probably not going back.
The comfortable apartment were you have all the things you need as at your place, in very good conditions, new most off them... for us was a pleasant experience in Paris with all his comfort.
Is 15 minutes far from the metro but 2 minutes to take a bus. In normal day you spend 35 to 45 minutes to rich the center of Paris.
It is very quiet and safe place with restaurants and market 2 minutes away.
The apartment has all necessary facilities for long stay. Metro stations 13 and 14 are nearby, just 3 minutes walking distance from the property. The owner was very helpful and provided very detailed information for everything related to his apartment. The TV had subscriptions to video on demand and the internet was good. A very nice place for budget stay in Paris.
Excellent restaurant and restaurant staff, had breakfast and dinner every day at Karlito, the hotel's restaurant. Room cleanliness is also top category, cleaners visit the room every day. Room is also nice, unique design. I also like the MOB hotel concept, local foods, not-for-profit attitude and no TV! No news or commercial tv, just good music in the restaurant.
The property is well positioned with easy access to Paris, it is a quiet place. The apartment offers the necessary comfort for what is needed, it is prepared with everything you need, it is clean and bright. Even though we were away all the time during the day, we felt very comfortable there. I recommend!
The place on its own was alright, comfy bed, free water in the fridge, nice clean towels BUT the star of this place is Rida☺️ he was super friendly and very helpful. Rida is officially the nicest person in all of Paris, he definitely deserves a pay rise and a promotion:)
Great quality for a decent price. No luxury but everything one may need in a leisure trip can be found at the hotel. Comfortable bed, hot shower, clean towels, location 8 minutes from the metro station. I would recommend the hotel for a short stay to see Paris.
Everything was fine. Good price for Paris. Separate "secret" entrance for hotel guests (main entrance through café/bar). Hotel reception is the bar... The location is obviously outside Paris city but very convenient, next to the metro line.
Lovely "hippsetry hotel, very very close to the flea market and transport to central Paris (bus and metro). Great design of property and rooms and very friendly staff. It was exactly as in the photos and we had a great stay.
Blue collar neighbourhood, but seemed safe enough (as a man). Good stay if you want to feel a "normal" non-touristy paris vibe (as a reality check to the champs elysee...). Good food near the station, supermarket nearby etc.
The apartment is brand new and easy to access from RAR C station Saint-Ouen (15 mins on foot or 2 stops by bus). There is E. Leclerc next to the station so shopping is easy. The extra (sofa) bed is new and very comfortable.
Brand new hotel, large rooms, large bed, lift, window. Industrial look, with warm details (carpet and wooden-like furniture). Good heating. Nice and spacious bathroom. Extra clean. At reasonable distance from Paris center.
rooms are pretty big for being an hotel in Paris, the bed is very comfortable, staff is kind and breakfast is very good, even if the buffet is pretty simple.
