went for a police graduation at mass mutual car. location is great, can walk right over. lots of places to eat..went to the red rose for fabulous and huge pizza ..yum! t he small area we walked around had some cool old buildings for photo takers our room has a beautiful view of the river. also nice pictures and a great sunset. seems to be a lot to do...we went for one particular reason but if you stayed there longer im sure there is plenty to keep you busy and your belly full😊AAnonymous - Scored 1010

I had a really good stay! The accommodations were comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I wouldn't say Springfield is a tourist destination. We go to visit family in neighboring cities. The museums and planetarium, Basketball Hall of Fame are all worth visiting. Beautiful to see the changes of the seasons. Northampton, the Berkshires, Connecticut shore are all great day trips...

My stay was for a night and I would stay again but I would recommend that management or housekeeping do a better job cleaning and no one wants to see mildew around the tub, or stain on the door handle and light switch! Visitors come back if the place is pleasing..
