Great location on a small land strip of ca. 20km length between Mediterranean sea and the mar menor.
Most of the time you drive the main road and you see both together.
Lovely beaches and coolers like in tropical waters.
Sunsets are unbeatable and lots of terraces available to have a drink and watch it.
Beginning of the land strip is more touristic and party, towards the end it becomes more quiet and family friendly.

La Manga felt a little out of the way because it wasn't easy getting to some places outside the area. However, La Manga itself was very nice. The people were helpful and friendly.
Due to the time of year (beginning of September) and the weather, many shops and restaurants didn't open.

It'll be nice when it's finished, all the buildings were empty, no bar's shop's clubs etc., the whole area was like a ghost town or war zone. Nothing to do at all, the beach was clean but there was nothing to do there, no facilities at all, nothing, nada. On reflection there may have been one bar open in the evenings, near to the hotel but we didn't go to it, as it's so deserted there I wouldn't have like to walk around at night.

La Manga (The Sleeve) is a long strip of land separating the Med from the Mar-Menor. It varies in its width and is heavily built up in most places.
Some buildings are new, some old, some demolished or need to be!
Awesome beaches with either both Med and Mar-Menor to choose from, So choose your location carefully and you will have a nice time.

Check in 5pm but the messaged to pick keys up 15minute walk from apartment no one to greet or advise on arrival.
Beds have blankets!! Not acceptable in 2023 I work in travel industry and know they will not be laundered at each change over. Post Covid should be duvets.
No kettle just coffee maker.
Towels so old they were worn and grey.
We had little sleep during our stay due to noise from the lifts which could be herd in the bedroom. We changed rooms only to find we were woke by the plumbing!! Every time the guests above us used the toilet or shower we were woken up by the loud noise of running water this was worse when they showered and they often did at 1am !!! . One of the days we had constant banging from maintenance from 10am until 6pm there was no warning that building works were being carried out unfortunately it was the day we decided to try and catch up on some sleep due to the disturbances at night.

This is a luxury five star hotel, beautifully and elegantly designed and decorated. The staff are wonderful - very attentive and friendly. Vanessa on reception was particularly welcoming and helpful, but every member of staff was excellent. The breakfast was amazing - the variety of foods in the buffet was incredible plus they had an egg chef for hot orders. The spa was beautiful with a hydrotherapy pool and sauna/steam room/hydrotherapy showers. We had three massages with Milla which were really first class.
The hotel location is excellent having the Mar Minor lapping up almost against the outdoor bar. The facilities are good at the hotel, keep reading, they have to be. Regarding to location though, as you couldn't leave the hotel, it was plain that "just enough" was being done to keep the happy holiday maker on site. Just enough to where to complain you would look picky, just enough so if you did complain they'd have an answer. They didn't go overboard on anything.
This place is simply magical! From your balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, which is just 30 meters away.
All furniture and equipment are brand new, and the beds are heavenly soft. In short, it's even better than a five-star hotel. Everything was even better then we expected.
Private underground parking place is a very good option!
We can't wait to come back here again!
Location, facilities, actives, and staff were all great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating responding to our needs. Most European hotels have a central air conditioning system and one has to be content with the set temperature. This hotel has individual AC units and one can decide on the temperature. Everything was clean.
The hotel is well located because he is close to many things to do by foot. The view is also nice because every room have see view but also La Manga. The room is decent and the terrace is nice, the size is ok but many other things are not. Finally the breakfast is amazing :)
Staff were all 100%
bedroom was spacious
bed was comfy
champagne breakfast every morning
€4 Cocktails and €2 for a pint a local Beer ya cant go wrong with that
although we drank the hotel out of selected cocktails each day they had plenty of others to choose from.
location of the Hotel was best on the strip. On the small peninsula which have spectacular viewing of the beach.
Very clean beach. And a low level area, not too many tower blocks, so open views and from terrace you can see through to the lake side and see sunset.
We liked absolutely everything. From the room to the SPA area to the food in their top restaurant. On top of that we experienced the most attentive and friendly staff of any hotel we ever visited in Spain. This hotel deserves 6 stars in our opinion!
Fifth floor. Breakfast on East balcony over the pool with Mediterranean views. Supper on West balcony looking over El Mar Menor with awesome sunsets. Handy Spar Supermarket for cheap wine and strawberries !
The pool area met our expectations and the breakfast was good if you were there when they opened. If you came later, it was very crowded and chaotic. The hotel is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel than a 4 star.
The location was perfect and the hotel was very relaxing. The Wi-Fi was excellent and the sea view from our balcony was superb. We very much enjoyed the spa and the Chiringuito Club bar/terrace.
Modern clean trendy boutique hotel
The hosts just can't do enough to help make your stay special. Thoroughly recommend. Breakfast was beautifully presented with real quality food.
Very nice hotel, meet all ours expectations. Thank you so much we enjoyed the stay :) Very comfortable apartments, great wiev from the balcony and nice facilities.
The views from the apartment are really very nice!
Very convenient location for those who want a laze-around holiday. You can find every facilities near enough.
