I had an amazing stay at the Bata Apartment. Bata and Tamila were incredibly friendly hosts who made me feel right at home. Their two adorable dogs, Chapie and Charlie, added to the welcoming atmosphere. The apartment's location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and a great restaurant. My room was clean and offered a beautiful sea view. The well-equipped kitchen was a bonus. I highly recommend the Bata Apartment for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Room with private bathroom, shared kitchen where you can cook, sometimes you even get invited to dinner with other guests, the hospitality is awesome! You can get there from Batumi airport by bus number 16 then you walk 200m up to the hill and stairs.

The location was unique, nestled in a Laz village on a mountainside, where the hotel offered stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. For my family, it was not just a seaside trip but also an ethnocultural journey.

The location was nice as it was above the main road yet still very close. The Turkish border was literally below my balcony. You can see the fence and border towers. The owners were nice and helpful and it was quiet. There is a kitchen with two fridges. Lots of common area to sit. A very nice/friendly dog, cat and rabbit.

Great host, lovely views, The house is on a hill and the many steps and uphill is not good for many people, even my 25 year old daughter found it extremely tiring.

A superb smallish village unspoilt on the edge of the Black Sea in the wonderful country of Georgia which boasts excellent food and wines - be prepared to expand your waistline if you stay a few weeks ! Sarpi is right next to the Turkish Border crossing so you can have a day trip into Turkey too if you so wish. Beach is shingle but very clean and the Black Sea very good for your skin ! The hilly village is beautiful with streams and mandarin orchards and fig trees etc. Wild nature is everywhere too.
I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Otakhebi with my family and I have to say it was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with open arms by a friendly host who made us feel right at home.
The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, each one uniquely designed, beds are just exceptional. All in all, our stay was truly unforgettable and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway with their family or friends 🌻
Sarpi and especially this guesthouse was the most surprising experience i had in Georgia, real georgian hospitality. The whole family was so welcoming and nice and it was a pleasure to talk to Tea, who is a english Teacher by the way. They invited me for food of the garden all the time and Konstantin showed me how thdy make wine. The water in Sarpi was super clear and you could almost think you are in Asia because of the vegetation there.
A nice hostel, more like a small hotel with big beds, difficult to find by taxi, as the address seems to convey very little. Perched on a hill, nice location, no shops or food in sight. The walk down to the border for simple food involves 200 steps. Water and electricity (WiFi/light) are available from sundown on only. Probably great for a honeymoon! The staff are helpful and do what they can but speak little English.
The location was unique, nestled in a Laz village on a mountainside, where the hotel offered stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. For my family, it was not just a seaside trip but also an ethnocultural journey.
