The location is excellent, right in the heart of Alcudia. Parking outside the city perimeter was also super easy. The hotel is small and very cozy. We had a huge room at the top of the stairs on the left. Breakfast room was nicely decorated in traditional style. Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything about this stay was amazing, from the buffet breakfast to the spa & sauna and friendly staff. Would come back again and again. Will be recommending to anyone that is travelling to Mallorca to come and stay here.

Stunning hotel in the heart of Alcudia's historic old town. The staff were so friendly and everything was perfect. We especially loved the pool area and honesty bar. Made our stay in Alcudia very special. Would highly recommend for any couple looking for a romantic stay!

The room was quite big with a modern bathroom and private access to a beautiful small terrace (room with terrace). The position was perfect in the pedestrian area of Alcudia so no car and also quite “distant” from the main restaurant so no noise coming from there (but 5min walking you reached all restaurants).
The owner was very nice and reachable per whatsapp any time and allowed a self check-in in the afternoon.
The room has also one of the quietest AC I have ever seen and very modern.
PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa, 5 km from Alcudia, offers extensive sports facilities, including 3 swimming pools, a tennis court and watersports centre.

The hotel was in a picturesque setting and the room was very characterful. Lots of small hikes nearby and amusing goats to watch. The room was very clean. It was a really lovely and simple place to stay. Definitely worth it!

Victor was there to welcome us and was very helpful and approachable. He showed us where everything was and how it worked. He helped check the bike which was great. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

Not really for older visitors not wanting sun, the beach and endless beachside drinking and dining opportunities. The city of Alcudia itself is very interesting, but now over-filled with huge outdoor dining opportunities catering wholly for British visitors. We didn't need restaurants where the first thing the waiters do (when you can get them to serve you) is explain what the bottles of olive oil and vinegar on the table are there for. Puerto d'Alcudia itself is huge and evidently ideal for large family groups, enjoying the enormous beach and safe swimming, and night-time drinking and dining. Any impression that you might actually be in Spain at the same time would be a welcome bonus!

Alcudia is a small well kept historical village.
Alcudia is a small well kept historical village. Some of the beaches nearby are stunning. You need some form of transportation, better a bike or a scooter. car was ok now in the low season. The town outside the old walls is of no or very limited interest. There are some easy bike paths around Alcudia. For the more adventurous there is the road to Cape Formentor (better with electric bikes)

Alcudia is a lovely town, particularly the old town with its superbly maintained city walls and gateways. The old town is a maze of narrow lanes and paths, and the architecture is fantastic. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants dotted around and whilst clearly tourist aimed, many nice shops. The town gets very busy on market day (Tuesday), so best to visit and explore at off-peak times. If in the town, make sure you visit the remains of the Roman settlement of Pollentia, its a fascinating attraction.

Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place.
Alcudia Old Town was a really beautiful place. Lots of little streets with lovely shops, restaurants & cafes plus a market. Parking was easy and free.
The far end of Alcudia was very nice and there were plenty of restaurants to eat at. It was lovely to sit and eat your meal overlooking the beach. The centre of Alcudia where it’s really built up wasn’t so nice, very touristy and a bit run down, we just avoided that area.
we had a lovely stay - it’s a lovely small/intimate hotel and the staff were all very attentive and friendly.
breakfast is fantastic with lots of choice and a chef waiting to cook fresh eggs for you too.
the area of mal pas was perfect for my friends and I. it’s quiet and so pretty but also has a choice of five bars/restaurants within a five/ten minute stroll
the beach is a five minute stroll away too and is beautiful
one day we walked down the pretty country lanes to explore the old town of Alcudia (20 minutes)
The location was very central in Alcudia Old Town, and the building was exceptional inside. A very imaginative and stylish refurbishment of what was originally an old town house. Room and facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet had everything you could want. The best thing about the hotel though were the staff who were incredibly helpful. They booked taxis, and made dinner reservations for us and their recommendations were excellent. They made our stay in Alcudia perfect
High end equipment and furniture
Free parking next to the property. Location - you can't get any closer to the beach and restaurants:) magical view. Great help with check-in. Kitchen is well equipped. Great for families. You can do any meal you want. All is there to prepare it. Fresh fruits were waiting for us as we arrived. It is a nice add up to the apartment. The apartment is very big and can fit up to 6-8 people.
An amazing location, just within the walls of the Old Town in Alcudia, giving you the best of both worlds with the beach only a 25 minute walk away too.
We had a wonderful stay at Can Tem, the staff are lovely and very welcoming and the on site breakfast was great.
The hotel has lovely features, the room was spacious and very clean. We loved our stay and hope to return in the future. Thank you!
The breakfast was amazing with plenty of sweet and savory options. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the spa was free. The hotel was central to the old town and our room was very quiet. Diego at the front desk spent quite a bit of time telling us which places to check out and which ones weren't worth our time. Small incident on cleanliness but they were very quick to address our issues.
The room was very clean and spacious.
Food was very diverse for a 4 star hotel and good quality.
The location is great, 5 minutes from the Alcudia city center if you rent a car.
I didn’t try but there are buses stopping in the hotel property. Nice beaches also 5/10 minutes away by car with clear water and not too crowded. I advise asking in the hotel reception for tips on where to go.
You are near lake and the beach. The area was very quiet with essential services a short walk away. The port was a good walk as was Alcudia Old Town. No problem with parking. In April not everything is open in the area. The house was clean and had all essential utilities.
The property was easily accessible, but it was just far enough from the main hotel strip that it didn’t feel super touristy. It was a also a huge space and I felt very comfortable. I could have stayed here for an entire week comfortably, but I only stayed one night.
Lovely apartment, easy access to Alcudia port, the beach, and the old town. Good area, the owner was a lovely and helpful, giving clear instructions on how to get there and access the apartment. Shops and restaurants nearby, food in the old town was wonderful.
The location is the only pro of this hotel - close to the city wall so you want be dragging your bags far yet still inside the historic city center. There are quite a few hotels in the downtown area of Alcudia that are certainly a much better option though.
I liked everything about this Hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable and functional. Breakfast was amazing. We also enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine at the small pool after long days hiking and exploring.
Beautiful house right on the beach. The outdoor terrace, pool, and yard are incredible. The kitchen, living, and dining room are wonderful for group stays. Each bedroom has its own mini-split and AC. It was great to be able to do laundry here.
Beautiful hotel located in the old center of Alcudia. Wonderful breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Stayed here during the ironman, they even provided special (and very nice) breakfast at 5am. Would absolutely go again when visiting Mallorca.
Small family hotel in centre of Alcudia with nice restaurant and very helpful and pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast made from local ingredients.
Three terraces for chill or evening drink are genious!
Highly recommended.
Beautiful house right in the heart of a city centre on a quaint little street. Pool was a bonus to cool down in the mallorcan heat. The host was lovely!
