So many nice architecture!! Everywhere you look, it is beautiful. Shopping: mainly the big familiar stores are there. Prices: not cheap, regular European prices. Watch out: when you pay by card: choose HUF, not Euro or other valuta. When you are at a restaurant they already charge service costs, no big tip needed.

Budapest is another one of the charming, old time cities that we have visited in Europe that just makes us so glad that we have traveled and explored there. Like Prague, another favorite of ours, Seniors are allowed to utilize the wonderful transportation system (trains, trams and buses) to get around to see the entire city. The continental breakfast offers plenty of choices and the food is really fresh. The staff is always kind and ready to help. The spa is included in the room price, there are 3 pools and a sauna. The thermal pool at 38° is the best place to relax after a long day in the city. We will come back for sure!
