Nice big room, though it was for handicapped folks. Not sure why I got it. I had requested a non-airport-side room, which I did not get. I did very much appreciat the 2 guys who came to test and then replace my coffee maker at 6 am - they were the best part of my stay!

Rooms and entire hotal was very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly, even during the rush.

This hotel is the right size to be personal with a boutique vibe and yet provide services belonging to larger hotels. We have stayed twice recently and were upgraded at check in on return. This was a really nice touch.
The Penthouse restaurant has a great happy hour and was humming the night we were there.

Such a cute property in an amazing location. I wasn’t able to stay long enough to really enjoy it, unfortunately, due to my flight being canceled and then having to catch one first thing in the morning. But what I did experience was fantastic. Everything seems recently renovated, and the staff was so nice! I also loved that our window facing the courtyard opened! It was so nice to be able to let the breeze in.

Convenient with free shuttle from LAX. Traveling to Japan it was much cheaper to buy separate tickets to LAX, and LAX-Tokyo, and, and stay 1 night near LAX. This hotel was comfortable. Shuttle worked well both ways. There are 3 shuttles that service this hotel, see hotel website for info.
