I rarely write hotel reviews, but the Radisson Collection Shanghai truly deserves one. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and were unfailingly kind and helpful throughout our stay. From the front desk to the bellboys, the housekeeping team, and the swimming pool and gym staff, every single person made us feel welcome. I don’t know who the General Manager is, but it’s clear they’re doing an outstanding job leading this team.

The breakfast was good. There was a big variety and our favourite was the chicken tenders. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The free shuttle to Disneyland was really nice as well. In comparison to other five star hotels, this hotel really outshines them! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone who stays in Shanghai. This hotel also has a robot that delivers food to your room and it was incredibly cool.

We really enjoyed the room and the beds which were really comfortable. The room cleaning service is efficient and more than satisfactory, and the staff was helpful with all the questions we had! The location of the hotel is 10 min away by walk from Line 2 metro so it's really convenient to reach city center, and there are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. No issue checking in with our foreign passports 👌 free drinks were offered and replenished all throughout our stay which is really appreciated in these hot days. Air conditioning and air purifier in the room are really good too

5-Star Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the excellent service and attention to detail. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making my stay very relaxing. What really stood out was the customer-oriented staff. From check-in to check-out, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. The location was close to the airport, the amenities were great, and the overall experience was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely return!

As a Muslim, finding suitable halal food when traveling is always a challenge. However, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Shanghai was truly a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff was welcoming and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient. I especially want to praise the hotel's dining options. I was surprised to find halal food here, and it completely met my dietary needs. Whether it was the mushrooms and flatbread at breakfast or the hummus during dinner, the ingredients were fresh, the food was well prepared and very delicious! I was deeply touched by the chef's understanding and respect for the halal culinary culture. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow Muslims who share similar needs. Staying here provides peace of mind and a comfortable stay. Definitely a Five-star rating!
