Great Stay – Clean, Quiet, and Friendly Staff The hotel was very clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and welcoming, especially manager Maria, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is peaceful, away from the noise of the city but still close enough to the center to get there easily. Perfect balance of calm surroundings and convenience. Would definitely recommend!

Everything exceeded our expectations including activities provided for children, comfort of rooms, meticulous cleaning of rooms by Emily, wonderful personal service by Xiao Xue who informed us of hotel activities and events and a delicious and extensive buffet with Asian and western options. Hotel staff were accommodating. I ordered a taobao parcel that arrived before my check in, and they kept it well for me when I arrived. Thank you! The scenery from the lobby was beautiful. Check in was a smooth process. The hotel rooms were absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet has a pretty ok spread! I wish there were dim sum! There are noodles, fried rice etc but it might feel a bit too oily or heavy for breakfast. Its also easy to get a Didi here. There's also a locker near the lobby for food delivery! I ordered milk tea and some dim sum, and they were kept safely in the locker when I picked up. A note for foreigners - its better to get a sim card with Chinese number so ordering food will be much easier.

Very spacious hotel, amazing buffet breakfast, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Loved the various complimentary activities like yoga and crafting, as well as the fresh farm product (tomatoes, plums, bananas) at the lobby. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated.

A good hotel in a great location, right by the beach, lots of shops and restaurants nearby, also dances and singing on the beach strip in the evenings - quite picturesque and entertaining. The pool is a great option, it's spacious and clean on top of that it is mostly empty cos the Chinese do not seem to be keen swimmers. The room we got was ok, though it is a bit dated, nevertheless it was clean and had all the necessary amenitites. Generally, I can recommend this place for a summer stay. The ladies working in the restaurant on the ground floor are super friendly and helpful to waiguoren (white people/foreigners), they tried to help us choose food, tended to our daughter etc. super nice, big kudos to them.

    It is a beautiful island, although in the city Sanya it is a proper city with skyscrapers, a lot of buildings. SO if you search for a paradise small island you will be maybe disapointed. You have to know that in China everyhing is big and prepared for millions of people at once. The beach we stayed, Dadong was beautiful. There is a lot of restaurants, shops. It looks like Sanya would be the prefferend island of Russian people. Everywhere you see the Russian writing. Very few people know some English. We have eaten in small restaurant where normally local people would go- Lanzhou Ramen. You also need to try the desserts with coconut milk. Delicious hand made icecream. Fresh fruits are sold everywhere. They have everything!!! It is easy and not expensive to travel, we have used DIDI aplication. There is a lot of activities in the beach with resonable prices. We have visited the paradise island Wuzhizhou. It is beautiful but you can only swimm in ONE place on the island. ENJOY your stay in Sanya!

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed.

    A nice place that is surely getting more and more developed. Nice beach, though the sea can be rough from time to time. There are some tourist attractions, and places to go. Tones of restaurants and shops, easy to get to. The airport is nearby. I can quite recommend it.

    We enjoyed our stay at Alantis Sanya , the hospitality extended by Alantis Sanya staff , big thanks to Ms Dikshya Kunwar, provided us with the VIP check-in， smooth and fast , upgrade our room , also breakfast is great , Very good spread.     The most beautiful and peaceful place ever.

    The most beautiful and peaceful place ever. Haitang Bay Mushe Villa and Haitang Bay Beach are my favorite places there. Night street and nearby cafeteria we eat. For families with young children, the pool outside the villa was great and water park was interesting.

    Nanshan cultural center was good. The beaches are clean. Not too great. Views from the beaches are not that great. Probably is an ideal place to spend a couple of days in the beach and go around hiking for another 2- 3 days. Did not find anything extraordinary for what was projected about the place before I travelled. The weather during my stay( early November) was excellent. The jogging tack along the beach is another thing which is a great plus for early morning walkers. The Go-Mart stores has few restaurants near to the Hotel I stayed. Not a great place to do shopping either.

    A tropical city resort that caters almost exclusively for Chinese domestic tourism, plus a few Russians. There's a wide selection of luxury hotels but not much to do apart from relax by the pool, shop at a mall and eat at Chinese restaurants. Yalong Bay is prettier than Sanya Bay. For your money you will get better value and service in Southeast Asian destinations like Thailand and Vietnam and Bali. But if you like seafood and speak Chinese you'll enjoy it.

    Really big room with a sea view. Breakfast had lots of options (we are vegetarian and also felt accommodated for). There was also free coffee available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area was nice and spacious and not crowded. There was a convenience store in the hotel lobby selling snacks and drinks including beers that you can drink in your room or communal areas. Location was very convenient and able to walk to lots of bars & restaurants and easy to take cabs.
