All was very-very good. Very clean, kind , fast and friendly staff, excellent breakfasts and laundry service, cozy and simultaneously luxurious atmosphere, very comfortable location for us - near the main sights of the City, great restaurant with contemporary Armenian and European cuisine, very comfortable bed and accessories and even the soap sets were high quality with very pleasant scent. During my stay at Grace Forum Hotel in Armenia, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Ms. Ella, the manager. She personally assisted with various aspects of my stay, ensuring that everything was to my satisfaction. One of the highlights of my experience was the complementary Spa and Turkish Bath facilities offered by the hotel. After a long day of exploring the city, indulging in these amenities was the perfect way to unwind and relax. Additionally, the complementary city tour provided by the hotel was a fantastic way to get acquainted with the local area and its attractions. The tour was well-organized and informative, allowing me to explore Armenia with ease. Overall, my stay at Grace Forum Hotel was delightful, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Ms. Ella and the wonderful complementary offerings such as the Spa/Turkish Bath and city tour. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Armenia.

The location couldn’t be better - it's just a 10-minute walk from Republic Square and the Cascade Complex, right in the heart of Yerevan. Plenty of shops and restaurants are 1-2 minutes away, making everything super convenient. Although the rooms are not big, they’re incredibly well thought out. They include everything you might need - from essential amenities and bath products to those tiny, useful items you don’t usually think about but end up needing. The staff put a lot of care into ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. The room itself was clean, cozy, and nicely arranged. We were even welcomed with some sweet treats and free bottles of water, which was such a kind gesture. But what made the stay special were the people. The staff were fantastic - always ready to help, whether it was giving directions, helping us arrange transport, or just being there whenever we needed something. Even after check-out, they let us store our luggage (and our friends' luggage too) in their luggage room since we had a very late flight. If you're visiting Yerevan, this hotel is a perfect choice. If we come back to Armenia, we won’t think twice about staying here again.

Smart, contemporary hotel with free breakfast and high speed Wi-Fi, located by the park near Republic Square. Welcome to the brand new Holiday Inn Express Yerevan hotel. The location is very central, there are many cafes and shops around. It's super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The hotel was very modern, clean, with good breakfast, good wifi and AC. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful. At the check-in the receptionist told us he got us a later checkout without even asking :)
