This is a lovely house, it was clean and comfortable. The owner has furnished it as a home, not a holiday let. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge and dining area. The kitchen was well equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There was a full compliment of crockery and cutlery. There were plenty of pans, oven dishes, chopping boards a colander, etc. in fact the owner has gone to a lot of trouble to ensure there is most things you might need to cater for yourself. Yes, even an oven glove. There is also a downstairs WC. Upstairs, the bedrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, the water is hot. The wifi signal was consistent and covered both the house and garden. Outside the garden is quiet and spacious, there is an outdoor dining set, parasols and a twin swing seat. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. There are 3 restaurants nearby but opening hours seem rather erratic. As the name suggests the kayak rental place is a near neighbour, unfortunately when we were there the main kayak trips were suspended due to drought on the river Lesse. If you are travelling in the area by car this is a great place to stay.

Beautifull property, nice beds, big kitchen where you could cook for enough people, very nice jacuzzi & sauna. For big groups, there is enough space and the hosts are very friendly and helpfull!

Very clean, comfortable and cozy house with fully equipped kitchen. Quiet environment & neighbourhoods. Free parking. Great location - 10 mins by car to Dinant. Friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

The house is in a very nice location, and close to the center. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the wonderful balcony with incredible view. Home provides it all, and makes you feel like home. I highly recommend it!

Clean, quiet and well equipped. comfortable. Suitable for a family or 2 families or 3-4 couples. 4 bedrooms, a dining room combined with a kitchen, and a large living room.

Stephane was very responsive. He welcomed us with a bottle of champagne which was very nice. He had a bottle of milk in the fridge for us which we did not drink but it would be very helpful for guests with young children. The free reserved parking was perfect for such a place that is so close to the city center. Its location is on the main road but once inside the house, we weren’t be bothered by the noise of the cars outside because the house is soundproofed very well. The view is magnificent. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and it has 2 floors. The downstairs bedroom is very spacious with comfy bed. Upstairs has another bedroom that could sleep 3. There are 2 folded cribs and children play area upstairs. The kitchen is spacious with everything you need to cook your home cook meals. The fridge is not big and there is no freezer so you need to plan your shopping accordingly if you stay longer. The living area is also spacious. The bathroom is separated from the toilet so if you go in a big group you should not have issues waiting for your turn 😉. Please note: this apartment is on the second floor of the building and there is no elevator. If you have physical challenging climbing stairs then this is not a place for you. Other than that this is the perfect location. I would stay here again next time I visit Dinant. Thank you, Stephane.

It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful gite surrounded by nature, river and hills. Apartment has everything you need for comfortable stay. It was clean, modern and well equipped. Big terrace with hammock and swing isnperfect to relax. There multiple animals living in the farm: horse, donkeys and even emu. Children will enjoy the playground. Owners are super nice and attentive. They work hard to make everything perfect. Thank you for everything.

The location was wonderful- within walking distance to the center of town. The host was very helpful and easy to work with. The kitchen had everything we needed for our short stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here and already want to be back again. The host, Emmanuelle is so friendly and extremely helpful. She was always in contact with us and making sure that our stay was pleasant. It also was nice to know she lived nearby. We came across this property while looking for accommodation in Dinant (it was our first time there and we didn't know the area), and we're so glad we booked here. We chose the 2 bedroom apartment and it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. There is also a balcony, a very spacious living room with kitchen and 2 beautiful bedrooms with very comfy beds. Emmanuelle was there to welcome us when we first arrived which was nice and she was very helpful with everything we needed to know about the stay and also about Dinant. The venue is only MINUTES walk to the main Dinant city so we were always walking a lot during our stay there. There are also restaurants and cafes nearby which was great and we're so glad to have found this place. We stayed for about 4 nights here and didn't want to leave.
