Amazing location and lovely staff

Great place to land in Cuenca. The location is perfect - easy walking distance to everything in the center. The host is exceptionally helpful and responsive. I arrived at a rather unsociable hour and then the bus was delayed but the host was very quick to respond and arranged everything for me.

Absolute superb service. Had problems on the road with our car, arrived with a 5 hrs delay after 1am. Despite this, the owner was extremely helpful and kind, was very responsive and flexible. Went beyond normal by organizing a mechanic to come to the apartment and repair our car right in the morning. Can only recommend, super nice people , clean , spacy apartment, silent , safe neighbourhood at a super price.

The facilities are located in the very central area, the room was spacious, clean and had all the required accessories.

The location was ideal for my needs. I was comfortable using public transportation, so traveling by train or bus to places like the Centro Histórico was very convenient. The area around the hotel offered plenty of options, with parks, small local shops, and restaurants just a few blocks away. The hotel follows a minimalist style, so if you are looking for something simple yet comfortable, this is a great option. Overall, my stay at the hotel was very pleasant.

The apartment was great. The location is close to the center and walking distance from everything we wanted to visit. The host was very lovely. The beds were comfortable and the apartment in its whole was great. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a great stay and would be happy to stay there again.

they rly put effort to help me about stuf but problem is language barrier
