The apartment owner was very friendly and receptive. She was so kind to wait for us despite our arrival time was late at night which was outside the check-in hour.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to visit Madrid with family or loved one.

staff very nice

location excellent right in the centre but the room was quiet.
Self-catering accommodation gives you the freedom and privacy that’s needed to enjoy a well-earned break. From modern apartments and luxury villas to beach huts and eco-lodges, the options are seemingly endless. Cook in your kitchen, read in the garden, or chill on the sofa and watch TV – however you choose to spend time, you’ll feel right at home.
Great value for money! Modern, clean studio apartment, kitchen utensils, everything you need. Supermarket and railway station very close. You'll need to take the train to get to Madrid, but in 30 mins you're in the very centre. Train is a bit crowded sometimes, but commuting with the locals was a part of the authentic Spanish experience :) If I ever visit Madrid again, I'll totally go for this one.
