Quiet, privacy and most important amazingly kind and interesting host couple; both made us feel at home immediately. We could talk for hours if we wanted but at the same time they were so respectful of our privacy. Before we even though about something missing they would be there to help proactively .

First and foremost, the hosts, Myriam and Giovanni, are truly amazing individuals. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable and comfortable. From providing valuable recommendations about the local area to sharing their extensive knowledge of the region, they made sure we had the best possible experience during our time in Nice. Their genuine care and attention to detail were truly commendable. The villa itself is nothing short of stunning. Perched atop a hill, it offers breathtaking views of Nice and the surrounding area. The beauty of the location cannot be overstated, and waking up to such a picturesque panorama was an absolute delight. The villa's design and ambiance exude elegance, providing a serene and tranquil atmosphere that perfectly complements the charm of the French Riviera. Our room and WC were immaculate, reflecting the hosts' commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the cozy and well-appointed room to the spotless and well-maintained bathroom facilities. The comfort we experienced throughout our stay was second to none, and we truly appreciated the care taken to ensure our relaxation and well-being. Additionally, the breakfast provided was beyond extraordinary. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful spread of delicious and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Overall, our two-day stay at Myriam and Giovanni's villa was an oasis of peace and tranquility. The genuine warmth, impeccable service, and attention to detail created an unforgettable experience

The house is located in a stunning location with view. The apartment is fully equipped, extremely clean and organized and with nice furniture. There is a large beautiful terrace where to enjoy meals, the sun and to look at the amazing swimming pool. We also enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool (cristallo clear cleaned)! Higly recommended location.
