Such a lovely comfortable caravan,we where presented on arrival with. bottle of Mulled wine and a selection of biscuits,Michelle has really made her holiday home such a welcoming experience,even a little xmas tree,very clean and lots of added extras like toilet rolls,soaps,games etc,we will definitely recommend

Fabulous place. Has everything you possibly want. Beds were really comfy. Love the big TVs aswell. Had an excellent stay and contact was spot on with any info regarding our stay. So nice to have off road parking. So clean and the jacuzzi bath was amazing. Loved the free Prosecco, that went down well. Definitely stay here again. Can not fault it.

Location is excellent to Winter Gardens for our Ballroom dancing and shops are near Apartment is Spotless clean and everything provided you need for a break away and owner very helpful. Was lovely to receive a bottle of Prosecco on arrival

How comfortable the apartment was . Really enjoyable stay

Amazing sea views! The apartment is in the 3rd floor (with lift) and you can look over the Irish Sea. It is quite far from the town centre but the tram is just in front of the building. I like the restaurants around the corner and it is very good when you arrive late. They have smart locks and they have even a 24 hotline if you have a problem at night.

The flat was very clean and had all the utilities needed. It is located in a quiet and nice area. Great value for money. We are extremely grateful to Tim, who met us to give us the keys and instructions. He is a great host, very helpful and friendly, taking time to ask about our preferences and recommending good restaurants, cafes, or attractions to visit. We would definitely stay here again and recommend Empress Hotel Holiday Flats.
