We loved the apartment, it was very spacious and very suitable for 4 people. It had everything you could possibly imagine and with the best view you can imagine in Korcula, the terrace was large, the only thing it needed was a little sunlight. Old town is approximately a 40 minute walk which seems far but it isn’t since you are going all the time alongside the sea. Everything was perfect, would come here again 100%.

Everything - the apartment itself and it’s location in a resort with tennis courts and a pool, the cleanliness, the free garage parking, the proximity to a top beach within walking distance, the host who always responds immediately and it‘s vicinity to the town of Korćula.

Wonderfull place! Everything was prepared and clean! And the best part were the breakfast that Tea herself served us full of delicious food and kindness!

Our family just love Perna. Each year we can't wait to go there and we had the best time.

Neverovatan ambijent, apartman se nalazi na savršenoj lokaciji na ostrvu, na samo 10ak minuta kolima od centra grada, u blizini svih najlepših plaža na Korčuli, a na raspolaganju imate i pontu sa ležaljkama na 6 koraka od terase… U potpunoj oazi mira i tiśine, nema buke ni gužve, čuju se samo talasi i ptice. Slike ne mogu da dočaraju lepotu kakva zapravo jeste, gazde su ljubazne i srdačne. Ne postoji apsolutno ništa što bih mogla da nadjem kao manu, ovo je mesto kome ćemo se sigurno vraćati. Ovo jednostavno morate da doživite!

Excellent location, gorgeous view on the seaside, apartment feels like home.

Perfect apartment, front beach located, family business. Welcoming, receptive and very friendly hosts. The house has all you need (washing machine, dishwasher, AC, oven, coffee maker, microwave oven, etc.) The accommodation is new and everything is modern inside. Private parking in front of the door. Nice terrace with sun umbrela in front. Kids playground nearby. Local taverna 50 meters away. Small minimarket 100 meters, opened from 7-14. Several small beaches in front of and nearby, child friendly. 15 minutes drive to Korcula old town.

Me, my wife and our 7-year old son stayed three nights in the house in Olive grove. The property is more impressive in person than in the pictures. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees with a beautiful view of the nearby vineyard, the sea and Peljesac. The interior of the house is simple and modern with a well-equipped kitchen. The room has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe. The location is ideal for vacation away from city noise. If you want to visit the town, the house is a 15-20 minute drive from the town of Korcula.
