apartment with a lake view, small shower, fridge, comfortable bed and sofa. This place is really amazing and the owner is very responsive and was almost always in touch! He deserves high marks! Near some public parking places (200 meters).

The apartment has everything you need for relaxed stay near the lake. There is a small grocery store and a restaurant nearby. Free parking easy to find.

The view of the room was beautiful it’s close by a lot of nice restaurants.

Nice and well decorated studio Comfortable bedding A lot of things for snacking, drinking, washing … Nice terrace with lake view Efficient communication with the host

Perfect! Annaliza and Fulopke loved it. I hope we'll come back.

A wonderful house decorated with atmosphere and attention to detail. A delightful terraced garden with a view of Lake Lugano and the mountains. Private parking space in front of the house, which is not common in this area. Wonderful views from the windows, quiet, peaceful area. Very interesting towns around to visit, many interesting walking routes. Very nice, helpful and cordial owner, excellent contact! I highly recommend!

The place was lovely clean and comfortable and the Host was very accommodating.

Super friendly owner Luca with very good communication! Stunning view over the lake. Lovely homey apartment with well equipped kitchen for self catering. Beautiful old town cobble stone streets and buildings with stunning look out spots!

Fabulous resort for young families. Parco San Marco is a luxury stay for families and the staff go above expectation for your stay. From the moment we arrived we were looked after, the operations manager Roberto being especially welcoming showing magic tricks to the children as we checked in. The resort has kids club and pools with waterslides for the kids and a bonus treat was unlimited ice cream for the children from 12 to 5pm each day! They know that if kids are happy the parents are happy! Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a beautiful view of lake Lugano. Breakfast each morning was included in the stay and it was amazing. I had never seen the variety and quality food on offer for a breakfast buffet in my life! The kids were even looking forward to breakfast each morning. Overall a fantastic stay.

We had such an amazing stay here! The apartment was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. But the real highlight was definitely the stunning lake view — coffee in the morning and wine at sunset became our favourite daily ritual. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel completely welcome. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with incredible scenery, this is a great place.

Fantastic views to the lake, dog friendly, very quiet neighbourhood (neighbours were very friendly!), went for great walks up the mountain through the old road - highly recommend! The host was very welcoming and helpful.

Great communication with Davide, the check-in was super easy and flexible. The appartment is perfect for 1-2 persons and has everything you need, also for cooking some meals! It’s located very central in Porlezza, I enjoyed the stay.
