We had a great time in these apartments! They are fully consistent with the description, but no words can convey the atmosphere of unity with nature that you can experience while living there. Every day we were surrounded by the sounds of cicadas, the singing of birds and the chirping of grasshoppers. It was a great opportunity to watch the stars in the evening and at night while sitting by the fire! Special thanks to Mario and Julia for their hospitality! They are very polite and caring hosts! We remember them with love and gratitude! Sincere recommendations! We will definitely recommend this place to our friends! 10+!

Absolutely splendid. Love love love! The view from the apartment was spectacular. The host ever so gentle and kind with all queries. The location was just stupendous. Don’t think about going to Anguillara Sabazia, you must just go however you must stay at Principessa Iolanda. La vista e proprio splendida!

I loved the staff, very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect for us, we wanted to be out of the City center. Very clean room and grounds, that was number 1 for us. After a long drive it was the best night sleep. Beds are comfortable, so comfortable we stayed an extra day. Ricardo was also very welcoming.

We were completely satisfied with our stay, and our expectations were exceeded in every respect. This apartment is a real gem, and we will definitely want to return here. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and luxuriously equipped. We had a generous living room, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms available, which provided us with complete comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped and ready for any cooking needs. What truly captivated us, however, was the owner's incredible hospitality and generosity. In addition to all the standard amenities, a lot of kind gifts awaited us in the kitchen, including sweets and thoughtful gestures for the children. Such a personal and warm approach is rarely seen today! Thanks to all these details, we felt right at home. We highly recommend this accommodation and thank the owner once again for an unforgettable experience.
