Super friendly hosts - Luca and Paolo, they willingly explains everything. The neighbours are also very friendly. Three lovely dogs guard the garden below. The appartment is very modern, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the things travellers need. The rooms are weather conditioned. The terrace is big enough for 6-7 peoples. We are happy to stay here.

Clean, tidy and well organized. Bathroom, kitchen, beds … all in good condition, comfortable and new. We liked the place a lot. The little extra study room can be very useful if you need to work. The location is also in a not so crowded area, you can park your car.

Bright and renovated apartment on the third floor with two a/c. 20 minutes from Como can be an ideal stay for exploring the entire area. Closed parking (Countryman barely fit). The host is excellent. He sent us detailed instructions (with video and photo) for check in as well as information about the shops of Erba.

The entire experience was so easy and comfortable. Mara was fantastic from start to finish. We had a late flight which was delayed so our arrival time was quite late. We enquired about checking in times and was given an answer very quickly. Mara followed up from when we booked straight away to confirm and ensure everything was in place for when we arrived. Instructions provided for locating parking and access to premises were clear and appreciated. The apartment was spacious, clean and smelt wonderful. We were provided all necessities. The bed was very comfortable and one of the best nights sleep we had on our trip. We only stayed for one night, (though would have happily stayed longer) so can't comment on the kitchen facilities but it looked like everything that you would need was available and I am sure Mara would be able to help if there wasn't something. Communication was great and very easy to get in touch with Mara. Would highly recommend.

The location was perfect for both the lake and visiting Milan. The hosts are very attentive and not intrusive in anyway. Breakfast is excellent. The pool area, BBQ, pizza oven and games area is for exclusive use by the apartment.

What an experience we had at Holiday Home Liliana. The host could not have been more helpful, welcoming and friendly if she tried. We experienced some real Italian driving as we got picked up and driven from the car park to the holiday home up some of the most authentic tight Italian streets you've ever seen, expertly handled by our host in her little Fiat Panda. And then when we got into our room, the views over Lake Como take your breath away. In the morning, a shower with a view put over the mountains as there is a head height shower window in the cubicle (don't worry no one will see you), but it was so unique. Then we had the most amazing breakfast, cooked/baked from scratch by the host and left for us to help ourselves. Please give this place a chance if you are visiting Lake Como, you won't regret your stay here. We will be back!!
