Amazing beachfront stay in Focene! After traveling around Italy for two weeks, visiting countless museums and walking non-stop, staying here for some relaxation right before heading to the airport was the best decision. Having direct access to the beach from the terrace door was priceless. The apartment is on the first floor, very convenient, and everything was in perfect condition. The owners provided crystal clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Plus, there’s a fantastic restaurant right next door on the sand. A perfect 10/10

Great option to spend the night before early flight. 10 mins drive from the airport, the owner is always online and organised perfect round trip transfer from the airport. Apartment is big, clean, stylish, well equipped.

Close to everything - very clean and updated

Very stressful and uncomfortable stay – poor handling by the owner Unfortunately, our stay was very stressful and uncomfortable because of ongoing complaints from a neighbour. We were a group of five staying in the apartment for a few days while attending the Hyrox event. We were not having parties, playing loud music or doing anything unusual. We were simply using the apartment normally. Instead of properly handling the situation with the neighbour, the owner contacted us and accused us of causing excessive noise without ever coming to the property to establish what was actually happening. We were also effectively asked to deal with the neighbour ourselves, which we do not believe should be the responsibility of guests. The situation became particularly uncomfortable when the neighbour was shouting at us. We were made to feel that even normal activities such as talking and walking around the apartment were a problem. If an owner chooses to accommodate five guests in a property with a garden directly overlooked by neighbouring windows, then any potential issues with the neighbours should be properly addressed and managed by the owner, rather than putting the responsibility and stress onto paying guests. Overall, the way this situation was handled significantly affected our stay. We would not recommend this property for groups or families, particularly if you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment. Very relaxing. Close to Rome airport, train transport, and large shopping centre adjacent. Great host too.

For us it was just fabulous: very pleasant, well equipped prooerty (A/C, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooking plate, ….), almost on the beach; nice roof terrace. Checkin and checkout went very smoothly: we didn’t see anyone, but communication by WhatsApp was perfect though

it is close to the beach ,it is in a nice wquiet are,my children liked their cats .The owner is a nice lady and shes very helpful.They let me leave luggage at hotel before check in.The bathroom is huge .

We had organised airport pickup with owner so she was there to greet us and then take us into the property to show us around. What a lovely, homely apartment which was much bigger than we had thought. All facilities were great with all that we could have needed. Bed was so comfortable and I was disappointed that we only had 12 hours here as a layover stop before returning to Australia. Laura recommended a great burger bar which was a pleasant 10 minute walk away- burgers were amazing. We also had an early airport transfer at 6.30am next morning and it was pouring down with rain but we were greeted with a happy good morning and an umbrella to get to the car. A fond goodbye at the airport with a wish of Safe Travels. It was such an added bonus for us to be able to arrange airport transfers with the owners as well. So it is perfect for anyone needing accommodation near to the airport for quick layovers. Such a lovely stay which we would do again if ever in the area.

Everything is nice, short way to the beach, 100% like it.
