I think it’s the cleanest apartment in Palermo with amazing terrace. The owner renovated apartment on a high level. All is new, kitchen appliances absolutely clean and new. It’s just 10-20min to walk from centr Palermo. On the corner great cafe with fresh sweets.

The apartment was lovely with a fabulous view from both patios and very well equipped. Fabrizio was the perfect host and was very kind. We had a lovely gift of cakes and biscuits and water, beer and drinks in the fridge. Fabrizio picked us up from the airport and took us back again for a small charge. Perfect gentleman who serenaded us with his fantastic opera singing 🥰

Excellent self-catering space and great value for money. Salvatore was fantastic and happy to accommodate anything we needed. A cot was provided on request for our 8 month old and the location meant we were a short walk straight into the heart of Palermo city. The additional spa and treatment facilities were a perfect addition to treat my wife whilst we were away for her birthday.

The host, Valentina, was very kind and helpful. The area is central and lively, and the room looked very nice, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Mario and Justina were absolutely fantastic - so kind, generous and welcoming, made me feel right at home. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy and the beds are comfortable. I will absolutely stay again next time I’m in Palermo. Grazie mile!!

Property was lovely, for sure great value for money. Staff was super friendly; room cosy, with heating, and it is near city centre (20min walk). Down in the street there is no problem for parking and everything is clean and well organized. You can cook or eat at the premises, so its nice for a long stay. It's conveniently located near the train station.

Antica Dimora was great! I really liked that it was an old bulding with what seemed like original floors, tiles and ceilings were kept. Despite that, the air conditioning was working great. The breakfast was good, there were some sweet and some savoury options. The staff was very accommodating, we felt like we can reach out at any moment if we needed something. Also, everything was very clean. The location seemed safe and it’s very close to the city centre.

The location was excellent, close to the station and the old town. Initially the road leading to the apartment was pretty shabby but once I opened the door to the apartment,it was a wonderful surprise into the entry area. The apartment was renovated so well. There are steps to be climbed. So if you have heavy bags, it might be an issue.

Great place to stay, well situated. Very close to all attractions 5-10mins by walk. Host very friendly and helpful. Option to leave bags when checking out for all day in case you have late flight.

My time in Palermo was so enhanced by my experience at Xenia. I was immediately welcomed into their family. Breakfast was so substantial, my room was perfectly sized and very comfortable. The location is ideal, as it’s close to the markets and theatre and train station. I cannot recommend them highly enough- the value is worth every cent.
