Self-Catering Accommodations in Todi

Olivia was very nice and responsive to our questions and needs The fathom is lovely and location is perfect when you want to explore Umbria View around and from the apartment is just as of a dream. Definitely recommend for group of 4 We will return when next time in Umbria

Very clean and comfortable private apartment. The host sent instructions for check- in and communication was effective. We did have to look a bit closer to locate the door around the corner off the main street in small alley street (was communicated but we just didn’t realize the tiny little street to walk up once we got close to the house number) Air conditioning worked well once we set it properly which also had very good instructions in the apartment. Parking was available where suggested by host.

The apartment position is perfect as it is right in the city center. Very cosy and confortable apartment. It is located in a court and it is very silent during the night.

(1) Location was excellent to walk the city, (2) Outdoor space was very nice & relaxing with plenty of shade, (3) Appreciated the character of the apartment yet had modern bathroom & kitchen and was very spacious and well laid out

Absolutely love the apartment! Updated and well equipped for any traveler’s needs. Easy access to the main piazza for restaurants and shops. And the host texted several times asking if everything was good and suggested restaurants. Very pleased!

Lovely spacious appartment with lots of light and great view. Excellent location to explore the area. Convenient supermarket downstairs. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Host was very nice and helpful. Excellent communication!

Wonderful location close to Todi and regional roads and highways, very comfortable to explore Umbria from there. The property is not fancy inside but more village type of design: pleasant, warm and comfortable. The entire site is very charming, with well maintained green surroundings and a nice swimming pool. The farm-style animals in their fenced area added to the country side atmosphere. The kids really enjoyed it, as well as the soccer mini court ! Federica is an amazing host who welcomed us with a cake and took care of everything.

Alex is passionate about traditional structures and culture. He made a personalized video for us before we arrived at the property explaining everything. The very old and well maintained house is satisfying in every sense. The space is large and lavish. Could not be a better experience!

The property was gorgeous and the apartment was small and perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make breakfasts and a towel heater in the bathroom, which was lovely to use on the cold winter days.

It's a very new property so it's clean and functional. Our apartment was up 1 flight of steps. The owners are very keen to make sure your stay is comfortable and are contactable by phone. It's in a good location about 10 mins drive from Todi. It is set in a beautiful location with a view to Todi. There is a small supermarket nearby. Plenty of parking.

The property is beautiful and extremely well taken care of. The surroundings are very quiet, in the middle of nature without being isolated. Our apartment was beautiful, with a lot of character and authentic farmhouse atmosphere. It was also very spacious and spotless. The variety of utensils provided allows for real cooking, something not to be taken for granted.

The best part was arriving after a long hard bike ride and there were three pellet stoves roaring making the place so cozy and inviting. The host was terrific and told us a bit about the artist who’s work is decorating the entire apartment. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Beautiful quiet and calm. Alessandro's place is a gem, close to Todi and nested in a beautiful part. If you’re reading this do not go further and call Alessandro to stay at his place. You can make a bonfire and sit in the couch in front of it to relax.

Near one of the city entrance. Convenient parking. Cosy appartament. Virtual host, but readily available when needed. Small terrace outside the bedroom. We didn't mind, but the city is on a hill,so,it's a steep climb going to the town center .
