My wife and I were blown away by this accommodation. It was an incredible experience! Everything about the apartment was superb: the facilities, the cleanliness, its location, the beautiful terrace (where we watched the sun set over Florence most evenings), the surrounding nature, just fantastic. Maria is amazing, we could not have asked for a nicer welcome. She is very friendly, speaks excellent English and was always on hand to answer questions and offer advice. The pool is quiet, relaxing, private and we had it all to ourselves! We would definitely recommend staying here and we are counting the days until we can come back!

Great location and appartement. The appartement was very clean, definitely big enough for two people and had all the facilities needed. The couch was bigger and more comfortable than expected from the photo ;) Violetta is a great host that provides a personal touch with very good tips for local activities. Visiting Florence from this location was very easy and there are a lot of hiking routes starting from walking distance from the appartement.

Maria was very friendly and social. The cottage was quaint and comfortable with beautiful views and a lovely patio. It was the perfect ending to every busy day in Florence.

Most excellent breakfasts, lovely team, in a beautiful rural location less than 20km from Florence. It does have a very long driveway that is a little surprising the first time

The villa is beautifully decorated and absolutely huge ! There was plenty of room for our family of four, but the villa could easily accommodate 8-10 people. The swimming pool is very large and was a particular favourite with our teenage kids. The views all around the villa are spectacular.

Понравилось все! Со вкусом подобранная мебель и аксессуары. В кухне есть все для приготовления еды. Удобные кровати, чистейшая постель и полотенца. Расположение и вид из окна потрясает воображение. Вид на долину, река, вокруг оливковые деревья. После заселения хозяин угостил домашним пирогом , показал все апартаменты, где что лежит и был всегда на связи. Вся территория ухоженная, есть мебель на улице. Собаки и кошка, которые живут там же рядом в хозяйском доме - просто чудо! Дети были в восторге. Дорога на виллу довольно крутая, но для водителя со стажем не составит труда. Мы также ходили пешком из городка внизу на саму виллу. До Флоренции можно доехать на поезде или машине. А еще я словила себя на мысле, что мне лично было бы жаль сдавать такую квартиру, люди попадаются разные и очень не хочется, чтобы что-то в ней испортили.

It felt like we were in a fairy tale realm: the olive trees, the flowering jasmine, the song of the birds and the exceptionally clean air. Leonardo, the host, made us feel right at home, welcomed us himself and gave us a gift of olive oil and wine from his orchard. Also, he was more than accommodating when it came to helping us with several trips to the train station in Sieci. The kitchen (very quaint and lovely -- it's actually a wardrobe!) and the laundry room (Lavanderia) were well-equipped and met all our needs. All in all we had a comfortable and wonderful stay, and a surprise visit from one of the three resident cats (Lana, Lena and Luna) :-). Thank you, Leonardo (to your father as well) for such amazing hospitality. Our time there was great.

It's been an incredible three days. It's when you don't want to share such a beautiful place with someone so that you can book a stay there again. The reality exceeded expectations. The photo does not convey the charm and tranquility. Not far from the house we saw a deer. About the accommodation: this house consisting of three floors, and a bathroom on the minus first floor. Fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge, with a welcome bottle of water. Everywhere is perfectly clean. Very comfortable bed. Also there is a separate children's room very nice and cozy. But the most important - is the hostess Gyua. We travel a lot, but the first time we met such an attitude to guests, she prepared a whole list of places to visit for different tastes and prices, she helped us with booking restaurants, and in general was always in touch. We were also welcomed with a very tasty cake prepared by Gaya. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!
