Mazul is an incredibly pleasant place that offers the perfect environment for relaxation. The property features many unique units, each with its own style and atmosphere, making every stay feel special. During our visit, Jesus took great care of us—he was always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything we needed. The amenities are excellent. Our unit was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and well‑equipped with everything necessary in the kitchen, plus a small private pool. There is also a stunning infinity pool with breathtaking ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. The quiet, untouched beach adds to the peaceful atmosphere and makes it an ideal spot for unwinding. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend visiting Mazul. It’s a place we would happily return to.

The owner, Rene, was very attentive, friendly, and he made me feel very welcome. The property has plenty of trees which make it pleasantly cool. For the entire time I stayed I had no need for a fan as there was a nice breeze both day and night. Lots of screened windows to let that breeze in and I honestly never encountered a single mosquito inside or out of the room.

The family taking care of the accommodation was super lovely, the pool is great and the room was spotless clean and comfortable :)

This is by far the most beautiful accommodation in Agua Blanca and I felt extremely comfortable. Feno was an exceptional host and the personell was very nice and attentive aswell. There are three cute dogs that will follow you to the beach and adopt you immediately, the all stole my heart. The pool is perfect for in the morning before or after breakfast or when the sea is too rough to swim and you can spend the day relaxing in the hammock on the balcony of your room or the one at the pool. To the two shops and the many restaurants in the center of town its about a 10-15 minutes walk. The room is spacious and comfortable and I slept very well, waking up to the sound of waves. I recommend arriving with a car so you can get around the coast but if not, Agua Blanca has everything to stay there for several days. Download the direction and where the hotel is exactly so you can find it without trouble when you arrive - except from everyones Wifi's there is no reception anywhere in Agua Blanca.

I had the bedroom with the balcony at the upper floor, and I absolutely loved it!! The room is beautiful, the view on the sea is amazing. Sleeping with the noise of the waves and nature is incredible. The pool is great and the beach as well, both were nice and warm. Tierra Blanca is a beautiful beach 30min drive from Puerto Escondido center. The place is really dreamy and quiet. There’s a lovely restaurant next door. I will come back!!

We loved the house, it has a beautiful interior, is right on the beach with an incredible view of the surfers, and has a spacious pool (though shared with other houses). Most of the amenities were great and the location is very special and quiet.
