The location was excellent and nearby to all Arab restaurants , bus and tram station Staff were very supportive and ready to help all the time especially Mr. Mohammed and Mr.Ali

All was excellent, an advise to all, this is one of few properties that you can rank as exceeding expectations, a special thanks to Hamza. Rooms are very well equipped with all needed items, only ear buds cotton are not available, others is all available.

A recently renovated apartment in Istanbul and within 3 km of Spice Bazaar, Balat Historical Luxury House features a terrace, comfortable soundproof rooms and free WiFi.

Place was good, just 10 mins commute by tram or bus to old Town, all touristy places are near by , the host was very helpful and helped us with every thing, he made sure to keep istanbul card for us so that we can have hassle free travel in the city... room were clean, big and comfortable.
