The apartment is in the perfect location right in the city center. There is a Mall nearby and a 24-hour parking directly opposite the house. The Host was very nice and always provided helpful information about the island and important places. The apartment is very easy to reach by bus from the airport. The apartment has everything you need in everyday life. There is also a terrace with city views

The apartment was very spacious and well equiped. It's very central and within walking distance of a supermarket, other amenities and the town centre. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Perfect location, so spacious and well air conditioned. Right in central Funchal and within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants but still quiet. Very comfortable. The owner was also very generous in allowing us a late check out to help us manage when our flight was cancelled last minute!

The apartment is in a great central location. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was also convenient to have a washing machine with a dryer. For an additional €15, we were able to use a private underground parking space, which was a nice option.

Very central location, comfortable to go everywhere on foot, easy check-in. The flat has a small kitchen, so it's possible to cook comething, make coffee, etc. Enjoyed my stay a lot!!!

Comfort and clean, spacious room, the place is well connected to city center and big shopping mall (where you can find supermarkets and everything you need), got everything we need in the kitchen for daily meals. Very nice and helpful staff

It was just perfect. Luis is a great and caring host, he answered all our questions, gave us great recommendations where to go and what to do. The studio was clean, the location is perfect - very close to everything you need as supermarkets, restaurants, brunch places, close to the old town of the city and to other attractions. I recommend it with two hands!

First of all, the location is excellent, and the host is very responsive. We communicated via WhatsApp and always received quick and clear replies to all our questions. During our stay, there was a small issue with the bathroom sink. A service technician was called and resolved the problem the very next day. We also asked for an extra towel and were given a full set of towels, which was very pleasant and appreciated. The apartment is clean and well maintained. The bed linen is fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are firm, nothing wobbles or squeaks. The windows are of good quality: when they are closed, the room is quiet and street noise is not noticeable. Overall, the apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would be happy to return again and will definitely recommend these apartments to others.
