The location was perfect—peaceful, yet close to the city center and public transport. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was perfect from the apartment itself to the view of the lake and the location that was 3 walking minutes away from the train station and about 15 walking minutes to the center of Lugano. Free parking was available. Every small and big details were thought of and provided for us. I’ll certainly come back again.

Are toate dotările necesare, aparat de cafea tip nesspresso, fier de călcat, ustensile bucătărie variate cam tot ce ai nevoie. Accesul a fost foarte facil, am ajuns târziu dar nu a fost nici o problemă, am găsit cheile conform indicațiilor. Blocul are lift, foarte util când ești cu bagaje. Zona foarte liniștită și curată.

Clean, warm, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.
